Dans une perspective de mondialisation alternative, solidaire et humaniste, que faut-il faire pour nous débarrasser de nos taches de guerre plus mortelles que le sont nos taches virulentes? Ces taches causent une grande souffrance actuellement en Palestine, au Liban, en Iraq, au Congo, au Darfour et dans le monde entier. La guerre cesserait d’affliger l’humanité si la décision de l’arrêter était prise dans le cœur de chacun de nous et de nos dirigeants. Il faudrait la remplacer de toute urgence par des négociations politiques et économiques permanentes autant dans un espace local que mondial.
