MYSTERIOUS/SUSPICIOUS DEATH OF MR. WILLIAM BILL ANDERSON : CANADIAN

Note of grave concern:

Following the initial release of the call for investigation into this
mysterious death the cruel action of the Canadian government and its
agencies including the schoold whereat Late Mr. WILLIAM BILL ANDERSON
taught toward the informant and the publishing/investigating NGOs
shows that the government is principal suspect in killing of this
star, Late Mr. WILLIAM BILL ANDERSON. There were similar mysterious
and tactical plots to eliminate Dr. Kifindi.

The publishing/investigating NGOs call on the International Community
including the United Nations to mount pressure on the Canadian
authorities to commence investigation into this mysterious death. At
the United Nations High Commission for Human Rights, Headquarters,
Geneva Switzerland a Canadian Ms. Arbour Louise is the current High
Commissioner. Since the UN was influenced to appoint her as the High
Commissioner for the major international human rights advocacy system,
human rights violations against the non-white have multiplied to
scaring level. In Canada majority of the atrocities by the Canadian
government and its agencies are securely covered and sealed. Ms.
Louise was a Judge in the worst racist Supreme Court in the world and
under the paper multicultural federation of Canada, the Judges of this
Court (Highest Law Court in Canada) are 100% white.

Dear Ladies/Gentlemen:

CALL FOR JOINT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERT INVESTIGATION:
MYSTERIOUS/SUSPICIOUS DEATH OF MR. WILLIAM BILL ANDERSON AND
URGENT/RUSH CREMATION ON SAME DAY OF DEATH ON NOVEMBER 30, 2004.

1. Summarized grounds of call for expert investigation

a. A teaching colleague of late Mr. William Bill
Anderson informed the above listed NGOs that Mr. Anderson died
suddenly and untimely on the spot in a Bar/Casino on November 30,
2004. Mr. Anderson was a graduate of the Granby High School and Bishop
University in Lennoxville. He was a teacher at the Kaknawake Survival
School, Mohawk Nation. He is survived by his brothers, Donald George
Anderson of Ottawa, James P. Trunck of Florida, a nice, Jodie
Anderson, a grand-nephew, Jeremy James. Also survived by other
relatives and score of friends.

b. Mr. Anderson was supporting a Human Rights activist
Dr. Kris Kifindi Bunkheti at the Kaknawake Survival School, Mohawk
Nation who has pursued complaints against the Canadian government and
its agencies (York University et al) to the United Nations (1998
–present). Since year 2002, Dr. Bunkheti joined the above listed NGOs
including the campaign for the elimination of AIDS/HIV in Africa via
search for instant cure. Canadian government is opposing this
initiative. The uncovered members of this

initiative in Canada are rendered homeless and also sanction majority
of their means of livelihood.

c. Dr. Bunkheti complained about different steps taken by
the Canadian government and its agencies to tactically assassinate him
including rendering him and his children (primary school) homeless and
unemployed since 1997. Recently, there is complaints of theft of his
intellectual property and misuse of public fund against York
University (Department of History) and the former Prime Minister of
Canada, Mr. Jean Jacques Chretien in funding fallacious projects and
same capable of dividing Blacks inside and outside Africa.

d. Dr. Bunkheti alleged that in September/October 2004
the plot to assassinate him had reached final stage and to implement
this indirect mission, he was invited to take secondary school
teaching job at Kaknawake Survival School, which is located in the
isolated reserve and hinterland of Canada in the First Nation
Community. Dr. Bunkheti is supposed to be employed to teach in
tertiary institution but the starvation and hardship, which remained
active for over seven years, has overwhelmingly affected him and his
two children without mother in Canada. Without knowing the end plan
of the Canadian government, he was forced by hardship to submit all
his original credentials including his academic and professional
qualifications.

e. With the assistance of Mr. Anderson, after submitting
his credentials to the Principal of the school, he discovered many
dangerous plots against him. He rushed back to demand for the return
of his credentials but the Principal of the school refused to release
them to him. He contacted the above NGOs and a senior member was
assigned to contact the school.

f. Few days before the death of Mr. Anderson, the
school summoned emergency meeting and Dr. Bunkheti was excluded from
attending the meeting. Soon as the meeting closed, Mr. Anderson rushed
to Dr. Bunkheti to inform him that he (Dr. Bunkheti) is not save in
the school and that he should make urgent plan to leave the school and
the entire community. The sudden and untimely death of Mr. Anderson
shocked the world and without wasting time Dr, Bunkheti demanded for
the original of his credential including his doctorate degree. Without
reason the Principal of the school refused and failed to release them.
Dr. Bunkheti started teaching at the school in October, 2004 and he is
not owing the school to warrant seizure or placement of any lien on
his properties, goods and cash.

g. On November 30, 2004 Mr. Anderson died in the
Bar/Casino but onlookers are surprised to see the published
"OBITUARIES" with different memorial statement (incomplete) such as
"Anderson, William (Bill), 1951 – 2004 Suddenly at the Royal Hospital
on November 30, 2004
"

h. According to information within the jurisdiction, less
than 24 hour the body of Mr. Anderson was cremated in Granby at Les
Jardins Funeraires Bessette Crematorium Why this rush with due
consideration to the fact deposed in sub-paragraph 1 (a) above is
adequately standing and qualitatively in good shape to redeem the body
of Mr. Anderson. On December 4, 2004 at 2.p.m. the funeral of Mr.
Anderson was conducted in "empty or no coffin" in the Chapel of Les
Jardins Funeraires Bessette, 997, des Colombes St. (Corner St. Jude
N.), Granby, Tel. 450-777-1171 or 1-888-730-6666. In

rebuttal, the host Priest that conducted the bitter "empty coffin
funeral" l told the sympathizing audience that the death of Mr.
Anderson is very mysterious and that she observed similar death in the
United States of America and that problem erupted after the burial.
Under this heartburn and infuriation, she referred to the book of
Matthew Chapter 7:24 to drive her warning into evil doers.

i. The cremation is suspicious and the above NGOs request
the Canadian government particularly the government of the Province of
Quebec and supporters for human rights and justice worldwide to
conduct expert investigation into the death of Mr. William Bill
Anderson on November 30, 2004.

j. Immediate and unconditional release and return of the
original academic and professional credentials or qualifications of
Dr. Kris Kifindi Bunkheti which have been seized by the Principal of
the Kaknawake Survival School.

2. Fact

a. Dr. Kris Kifindi Bunkheti arrived in Canada in 1997 as
research professor at York University, Department of History, Toronto
Ontario Canada. Dr. Bunkheti is expert in History of Culture and
Linguistics (University Paris 1, France). There was serious academic
and professional dispute on issue relating to Transatlantic Slave
Trade with special reference to "Oral and Written History vis-à-vis
Africa History." York University was relying on only written history
to determine history of Africa particularly History of Slave Trade.
Dr. Bunkheti found serious mistake, error and misinformation in the
teaching and determination of slave trade. Under internal resolution
of the dispute, it exhausted the entire domestic mechanism without
success. Dr. Bunkheti filed formal Complaint at the United Nations
High Commission for Human Rights (UNHCHR), Headquarters, Geneva
Switzerland against York University. Upon receipt of the notice of
appeal to the UN Dr. Bunkheti was fired immediately and subject to
acute and severe reprisals. The above-mentioned NGOs were appointed by
the United Nations to investigate and resolve the dispute. The dispute
was investigated, mediated and Report remitted to the UNHCHR. The

b. The action taken by Dr. Bunkheti to use peaceful means by
proceeding to the United Nations after the domestic mechanism has been
exhausted infuriated the Canadian government and its agencies (York
University, Provinces, 100% of Universities, other institutions across
Canada, etc.). The reprisal cumulated to different cruelties
encompassing but not limited to unemployment, homelessness, threat of
assassination, sanction on right to all other services across Canada,
etc.

c. On about May 2004 there was secret information to Dr.
Bunkheti thus, informing him that York University has stole or
diverted the research, which led to the persecution and termination of
his appointment at York University. The inclusion of the Oral History
in the specific and general research and investigation of African
History, which triggered the cruel action of York University against
Dr. Bunkheti, was included in both teaching, research and
investigation at Canadian, American and focus of the initial research
and investigation in Africa. All these inclusions were made ad hoc
without informing Dr. Bunkheti who is the sole author of the Project.
Further information which shocked

Canadian government and its agencies revealed that the project shifted
from Calabar (Nigeria) to Enugu (Nigeria) and some part of Northern
Nigeria. In Nigeria, the information added that the program is being
taught against the weight of the Nigerian cultural and historical
realities and capable of causing culture/people conflict.

d. Canada is a place where government and its agencies prefer to
kill or dehumanize aggrieved person than to tender apology for simple
and grand infractions. In September 2004 the material information
about the intellectual property theft stated in paragraph c above was
already in the custody of Dr. Bunkheti and with suspicion that Dr.
Bunkheti may refile complaint at the United Nations different action
was put in place by the Canadian government and its agencies to stop
Dr. Bunkheti at all cost.

e. According to information from the circle of the Canadian
government, the disclosure would trigger several insults against the
reputation of Canada and Canadian officials at the United Nations
particularly Her Excellency, Ms. Arbour Louise, High Commissioner, UN
High Commission for Human Rights. In addition, Dr. Bunkheti's case is
part of the major and chain of complaints to the UN, which were filed,
by the above mentioned NGOs and Ofume family in 1999.

f. The enormity of the complaints threatened the UN and leading
to a major shakeup at the UNHCHR in the years 2000 - 2002 as follows:

"i. Her Excellency Mrs. Mary Robinson and His Excellency,
The Honourable Maurice Gliele-Ahanzhanzo opposed slavery, racism,
racial discrimination, xenophobia, search for root via ancient slavery
and related intolerance. The Honourable Gliele-Ahanzhanzo was elected
as the UN Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Racism, Racial
Discrimination, Xenophobia, and Related Intolerance worldwide with a
four year mandate to terminate in December 2004.

ii. After The Honourable Gliele-Ahanzhanzo had released the
report located at Ref. E/CN.4/2001/21

human rights-> UNITED NATIONS Economic and Social Council
Fifty-seventh session Item 6 of the provisional agenda the Canadian
government spent several millions of tax dollars to lobby the UN
System and others to remove H.E. Mrs. Robinson and The Honourable
Gliele-Ahanzhanzo and others all of who received and commenced
investigation against the Canadian government and its agencies
(including York University).

iii. The Honourable Gliele-Ahanzhanzo was forcibly removed in
the year 2002. The appointment and tenure of the Honourable
Gliele-Ahanzhanzo is supposed to end in the year 2004 after the
follow-up visit and direct discovery examination on Canada, Columbia,
Israel, Austria, etc.

iv. In the year 2002 two UN scribes and dissidents (Mr.
Doudou Diene and Mr. Sergio de Mello) who are businessmen, weak and
pro-dictatorship, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and errand
runners for oppressors (Canadian government

and others) were appointed to replace Her Excellency Mrs. Mary
Robinson and His Excellency The Honourable Maurice Gliele-Ahanzhanzo.

v. On September 15-26, 2003 in total rebuttal against this
appointment, Ofume family and the above NGOs and other members
boycotted the mock visit to and inspection on Canada by Mr. Diene. The
departure of Mr. Diene from Canada on September 30, 2003 open up new
wave of the reign of terror against the Ofume and other families,
NGOs, our members, and target communities including forcible seizure
of the home, properties, goods and cash of the Ofume family valued
over $11million, arson against the entire property and home of Mr.
Levy Ezurike; homelessness of Dr. Bunkheti and his children; etc.

vi. Ofume family was rendered homeless; assistance stopped;
entire communication (telephone, fax, Internet, Cable, cellular, etc)
censored/ disconnected. We boycotted the inspection on Canada to be
moderated by Mr. Diene and his gang."

vii. In the world the appointment of Messrs Doudou Diene,
Sergio de Mello and "Arbour Louise" (reviewed and added on Dec. 1,
2004) to these key offices at the UN becomes the end of the horizontal
campaign for human rights, justice, democracy and elimination of
racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia, slavery and related
intolerance and exposure of racist, dictators, etc. This shift made
the UN target of the international terrorism/terrorists and this trend
shall persist because of the role bribery and corruption is playing to
shadow the rule of law, justice, human rights and democracy. The
report written by these UN invaders is located at: United Nations

g. In late September 2004 Dr. Bunkheti who has been unemployed since
1997 surprisingly received telephone call and mail requesting him to
start French language teaching job at Kaknawake Survival School which
is with the grade of secondary instruction below the standing of
tertiary institution and located in the isolated reserve hinterland of
Canada in the First Nation Community or Kahnawake Mohawk Nation.

h. Dr. Bunkheti was suspicious about this job in time when he is
preparing to return to the United Nations to renew his Complaint
against the Canadian government particularly on theft of his work by
the Canadian government's agencies and plan to relocate out of Canada.
With this surprise and suspicion, he telephoned the above NGOs for
advice on security but complained about the starvation of his two
children without mother in Canada and that under any cost he would
like to work there to feed and pay for the school materials (primary
school) of his children. Under pending threat of assassination, to him
the timing of the employment and how to travel across the hinterland
school without personal vehicle and under job without letter of
employment, contract agreement and other employer obligation become
the ground for serious suspicion and concerns.

i. Under the uncertainty mentioned above, upon arriving to the
school the Principal lured him to accept the job by score of promises,
which the school failed to fulfill to date. When the school refused,
neglected and failed to meet up with the promises, he decided to quit
the job, which reverted to casual job against the initial promises. He
demanded for the original of his academic and professional
credentials, the Principal refused to return them to him.

Comme nos fidèles lectrices et lecteurs le savent sans doute déjà, devant la décision des grandes centrales syndicales québécoises de déplacer la traditionnelle manifestation du 1er mai au samedi 29 avril, le PCR(co) a pris l’initiative d’appeler à une manifestation révolutionnaire et internationaliste à Montréal, dont le rassemblement aura lieu lundi le 1er mai à compter de 18h00, au coin de la rue Jean-Talon et de l’avenue du Parc (tout près du métro Parc).

Contre l'ouverture d'une nouvelle prison pour les non-citoyens détenus, sans accusations, sans procès, sous informations secrètes et des soupçons sous la menace d'être deporté vers la torture, pour une durée indéterminée. Quatre détenus sous un "certificat de sécurité" - Mahjoub (presque six années), Jaballah (sous son troisiem certificat), Almrei (quatre ans et démi), Harkat (plus de trois ans) - ont être transféré dans les nouvelles installations de Kingston le 24 avril.
