The ten thousand international peace keepers and grassroot activists should be making it into Palestine in along this week and the next one. We have been waiting for that for a long time now. The murder of Ahmed Yessine happened in Palestine right after Arafat, PLF leader was forced out of the milicia. The pressure came on both sides from the lack of participation in the Peace Process. The poeple on borders just seem to be waiting for something to happen, yet on both sides of Gaza and Jericho we do not understand.

Non, messieurs de l’administration américaine, vos excuses sont irrecevables ! Les populations arabes et musulmanes vous font savoir qu’elles ne sont pas dupes de votre politique à leur égard et que leur soumission ne vous sera jamais acquise, ni en Irak, ni nulle part ailleurs sur leur terre. Le seul mea culpa qui vaille, c’est que vous quittiez l’Irak et que vous cessiez de bénir la conspiration israélienne contre les Arabes et Musulmans.

 
While the shutter captured the gruesome horror in graphic detail, it missed capturing the full scope of the incident, as did CBS. This was not an isolated incident.
