A Pointe-Saint-Charles dans le Sud-Ouest de Montréal, la multinationale El Ad Group, filiale de Delek Group, caresse le projet transformer l’immeuble Nordelec au coût de 310 millions de $. Le projet comprend des condominiums de luxe aux étages 6, 7 et 8 de l’immeuble industriel et la construction de quelques 1000 autres habitations privées (incluant un parc privé). Ce projet a été adopté par la Ville de Montréal en 2007. En principe, des déménagements de petites entreprises sont nécessaires pour faire place aux lofts résidentiels et au mail commercial.
