La violence institutionnalisée, le crime légitimé, l’assassinat réglementé. Est-il possible que des États agissent de la sorte en l’an 2004? Malheureusement la réponse est affirmative : la peine de mort est toujours en vigueur dans plusieurs pays. Même si certains pays l’ont déjà abolie, la lutte pour rayer la peine de mort de notre planète n’est pas encore terminée.
