For a Proletarian and Communist May 1st!

Workers!

The general conditions of life and work have been deteriorating for years, becoming ever more intolerable. Poverty, hunger, wars, destruction, so-called “natural” catastrophes are the only order of the day. While on the one hand we see overproduction of commodities of every description, often more harmful than useful, we are witnessing on the other hand a systemic destruction of the productive forces and nature. Society today has nothing beneficial to offer except to the ruling classes which represent only a tiny minority of the world population.

No Princes After All

On May 14, 2007 at a Defense Intelligence Agency conference the US government admitted roughly 70% of all US intelligence work was being handled by private corporations. That's right. Our nation's most secret and sensitive work placed in the hands of individuals with some background in intelligence/ black ops all for a price tag.

Who is the Enemy in the Afghanistan "War"?

Anonyme, Miércoles, Abril 21, 2010 - 13:16

Heidemarie Blankenstein

In 1994 the US brought to power the Taliban, Koran students raised in Pakistan's refugee camps. Attacking Afghanistan on account of Al Qaida would be like bombing Germany on account of skinheads. Do German soldiers only defend the US' superpower claim, not German security?

How the U.S. Education System Leads to our Global Imperialism

Ezra Niesen, American Certified Instructor

I was a volunteer in the War on Terror and I come from a large family of teachers. A lot of people are trying to do something about our education system. This video is a blueprint of science education in America anyone can use to prove how our "education" system trains Americans to depend on imperialism.

How Much Does A Mercenary Cost?

When the Bush Administration decided for the American public that there would be no fair bidding process to ensure the best possible deal for the taxpayers in return for support services provided during the War in Iraq they signed us on for more than just what is at face value. We know the American people are on the hook to Halliburton, its subsidiaries and all its sub-contractors for billions of dollars as long as we are in Iraq. This includes whoever Halliburton chooses for hotel services, food supplies and of course their private security contractors. Since 9/11 American concerns over private security, their costs (financial and otherwise) and their role in our national security have come under scrutiny.

"War never serves peace" by Eugen Drewermann

Anonyme, Martes, Abril 13, 2010 - 12:24

Eugen Drewermann

War never serves peace just as lies never serve truth and cats are not dogs. We wage war against nature that we exploit and against the starving whom we drive into misery. As soon as one says war, we fall back thousands of years to the Stone Age and lose the option of the future. Eugen Drewermann is a well-known catholic liberation theologian in Germany.
