This is a call out to all who have drums (preferably snare drums), black flags, or other psuedo-school or military style marching paraphenalia, to join the anarchist marching band, a montreal based affinity group organizing for the upcoming protests in Quebec city against the ftaa and other related events here in montreal before that date.

The concept is really to provide an inspiration marching style that tactfully parodies military marching bands with a certain degree of disciple. We want to work on formation, psuedo battle rolls, and other military cliches. Hence we are looking for drummers and some flag or banner people and maybe a fake drill sargent (who wouldn't really hold power--this is, after all an anarchist marching band)
The first meeting is tenatively schedul for 7pm at a to be announced location in montreal, pq, canada.

Simply email us at anar...@yahoo.com
and we will get back to you.
