Ever hated the city, with all of it’s smoke, smog and destruction? Well so does Daniel McGowan, whose convictions led him to environmental activism whose actions transitioned from civil disobedience to destuctive action against logging companies, horse farms and ski lodges which all threatened the well being of the natural world. His film follows Daniel after he was arrested for his involvement with the Earth Liberation Front and offers an insightful look at one of the most significant militant groups of the past 20 years.

Tu as toujours haïs la ville, avec sa fumée, son smog et sa destruction? Eh bien c'est le cas de Daniel McGowan, pour qui ses convictions l'ont conduit à l'activisme environnemental. Ses actions ont passées de la désobéissance civile à l'action directe contre des entreprises
d'exploitation forestières destructrices, contre des fermes chevalines ainsi que contre des stations de ski. Toutes ces cibles menaçaient le bien-être du monde naturel. Ce film suit Daniel McGowan après son arrestation pour son implication avec le Earth Liberation Front. Il offre un regard perspicace sur l'un des groupes militants le plus important des 20 dernières années.
