A video-taped encounter between a team of CSIS agents and a child detainee in Guantánamo is the backbone of this powerful documentary. The interrogation is examined by a range of voices including a Toronto psychiatrist who specializes in treating the victims of torture, the US military defense lawyer representing Omar Khadr, released Guantánamo prisoners who knew Omar well, and an ex-torturer from the US detention facility at Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.
