Michael Lessard..., Martes, Junio 10, 2008 - 23:20

June 6, 2008, Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich, supported by Florida Congressman Robert Wexler, is calling for the impeachment of President Bush. The former presidential candidate and Ohio congressman accuses the president of misleading the American public into the Iraq war. The resolution contains thirty-five articles, including: Creating a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false cause for war against Iraq, providing immunity for criminal contractors in Iraq, imprisoning children, creating secret laws, and spying on American citizens without a court ordered warrant in violation of the law and the 4th amendment. The House voted to refer the matter to the House Judiciary Committee. [ Kucinich's original speech without commentary: part I part 2 ]
