SINCE I AM A CANADIAN CITIZEN I HAVE VOTED NDP OUT OF RESPECT FOR TOMMY DOUGLAS WHO, IN MY OPINION, WAS THE STATESMAN OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY IN CANADA. IN 1973 WHEN I RESIGNED FROM STELCO BECAUSE OF A BREACH OF CONTRACT I DEMANDED TO BE TRANSFERRED BACK TO MONTREAL AT THE COST OF STELCO. THE VICE-PRESIDENT LAUGHED AT ME. I WROTE TO MR. DOUGLAS WHO ACCUSED RECEPTION AND NOTHING MORE. 15 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE VICE-PRESIDENT INFORMING ME THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAD REVIEWED MY CONTRACT AND THEY HAD AGREED TO PAY ME A SEVERANCE OF THREE MONTHS AS FINAL COMPENSATION. THE CHECK WAS INCLUDED.

In those times, Mr. Dion, politicians really represented their constituents and Parliament was a respectable institution of honorable men representing their electors. Now, leaders such as you are concerned with their own success and the perks for their friends. You offer three things that had motivated me to vote Liberal for the first time in my Canadian life: You appear honest, dedicated to your job and with high understanding of the technical problems that the next government must solve. Your failure in Quebec and your non convincing excuses have returned me to my original allegiance and I will definitely vote NDP, because always the NDP is in Parliament taking action on behalf of all Canadians.

I have made you a witness of the robbery that Human Resources has committed of my seniors’ rights granted by the Parliament of Canada. I gave you all the details including the imprisonment by a perjurer cop, my kidnapping in Cameroon during three years because an Ambassador chum of Mulroney denied me my citizenship rights, the forced physical separation with my wife to save her life, etc., etc., etc. Your indifference as the Leader of the Opposition is the same denial of my citizenship rights as that of Mulroney who allowed his private secretary to organize the crimes of the CSIS cop, to silence me in my legitimate protest against a corrupted and ignorant fake diplomat. You do not represent Canadians in Parliament. You wish the power and that is your only objective.

Mr. Douglas would have acted on my behalf. I gave you enough material that can be confirmed with the records in the Embassy of Canada in Yaoundé, with the record of the trial in Moncton and with the records of the Secretariat in the Prime Minister’s office. My grievance is serious, properly documented and Mr. Douglas would have had Minister Solberg red in the face with questions in the question period and with statements to the press in the scrums in the hall of the House. He respected himself as much as he respected Canada and Canadians. Now I wonder how I even thought of voting Liberal; with you at the head is another tyranny being prepared? You are not better that Harper the liar because your objectives are the same. Canada and Canadians are mere pawn in your quest for power. Your values are as phony as those of Harper.

I have decided to publish this letter to you in Indymedia across Canada because Canadians must know that you offer a fraudulent government, just like the one we endure today.
