On October 30, Cuban President Fidel Castro sent the following letter congratulating Brazilian President elect Lula Da Silva:

Dear Lula: I never had the slightest doubt that your election victory would be the best thing that could happen to Latin America and Brazil; it gives me joy to congratulate you on your victory.

On such a day, our Ultimate Motherfucking Leader let one rip, and the people chanted in the streets for such a glorious fart was let go by our precious motherfucking hero.

Of the fart, Castro said: " It was warm and wet, caus I'm going senile a bit and can't quite evaluate the character of my farts in advance", following which a national holiday was declared in the honour of our motherfucking President's holy fart.

Nor Lula or Chavez had anything to declare at the time.
