Meanwhile, over the last months, after seriously studying the national and international social, economical, political and military situations, and carefully analyzing the imminent, global, imperialist, fascist dangers ... and what they hold for the near future of the starving and suffering peoples of Venezuela, Latin America, Africa, Asia and elsewhere, in fact, for humanity in its entirety ... consequently, awakening out of my endless daily nightmares, I can just shudder, with icy chills running down my spine, when I consider the huge arsenals of mortal weapons of mass destruction (WMD) that are being amassed on the planet, and what their existence means for future generations.

What do we know about them? Who informs us? Will ignorance win the next battle against Bush?

Below we will continue to describe some of these global dangers, by adding information not so well known, due to a thick US military blanket of silence, due to an impenetrable, fascist conspiracy, a smoke-screen, constructed by international mass media lies, that impregnate billions with fatal ideological ignorance concerning a whole series of already planned genocidal attacks along "the axis of evil".

Furthermore, stating the emancipatory Truth is never counter-revolutionary: what is really tragic and saddening is to see how thousands around us, millions on the continent, and billions on the planet, do not have the foggiest idea of what is happening right here in Venezuela, what is being planned, and what is already being launched against the Bolivarian Revolution, by the local political turn-coats, by the decadent remnants of the obsolete political parties, by the new-born "chimbo chavistas", by some "ideologically" confused councilors, mayors, governors, and even ministers.

They just do not sense the imminent, immense danger confronting us, they have no premonition of coming manslaughter, genocide and massacres.

Concerning the above, since months President Hugo Chávez Frías has been warning us at every possible occasion. It is deeply painful to see his constant human dedication and sacrifice for the future of Venezuela and Latin America, against quite a number of well-known nationwide spread lairs of counter-revolutionary pharisees and mortal vipers.

Relentlessly, on a national, continental and global scale, the Bolivarian Revolution is marching forward, however, as never before, and as a result of human vice, weakness and ignorance, it is in great danger from within!

Many compatriots still just cannot grasp this magnificent, Venezuelan, transhistoric moment by saying: "Dwell on, you are so beautiful!" (Goethe).

Urgently, before it is too late, the vanguard patient of Citizen Power needs medical and psychological attention!

If we ever would lose this historic moment, this beautiful paradigm of revolutionary emancipation, it will not be because of foreign military intervention, -- see Dien Bien Phu and current Iraq -- will not be because of the CIA or "paramilitaries", not because of the "opposition", but because of our own human, ideological and practical failures.

In fact, it will be because of avoidable, intellectual and theoretical slackness, of egoism, vice, corruption, clientilism, robbery, bureaucracy, lies and avarice ... as we know, all were nurtured and cultivated in the oligarchic "Fourth Republic", now they threaten to spread themselves in our very midst, thus attacking the very militant fiber of our Bolivarian Revolution.

This epidemic that has befallen us has to be nipped in its very roots -- in its "escualido", puntofijista soil.

Currently, while we have to be at the revolutionary zenith of global, social práxis and theory, compared to the last five years, we are approximating the nadir of political solidarity, militant optimism and armed cohesion of military citizen power. This is extremely troublesome, very dangerous for the coming elections and fierce battles in 2006.

However, now returning to our topic of the world energy crisis, that dictates fascist, imperialist intervention and brutality in Latin America; in Venezuela, here and now, it is imperative to make us aware of the technological and scientific dangers of the WMD's that were used in Fallujah, and will be used soon against any United States resistance in Latin America, probably, fighting against "terrorism", they will be launched from Colombia, right here on our borders.

If we really are serious about developing a New Socialism, then this is not simply an ideological juggling around with words, a formal logical, ethical issue, a theological, religious rigmarole, but a matter of novel, popular, precise, continental, defense organization, of developing a superior, revolutionary world outlook, of innovative, emancipatory logics, of socialist práxis and theory; in a nut-shell, it is a matter of creating a highly sophisticated, scientific, technological and philosophic system of armed self-defense against the current raging genocidal capitalism, imperialism and fascism.

The ruling classes took their time, made massive investments for the future elimination plans of "poverty", now, they are ready to activate their WMD's, to annihilate billions of obsolete, physical labor forces, along the "axis of evil", that is, to cremate all "mad cows" and "terrorists", that have become the "white man's burden" anew.

This current destructive mode of production, scientifically and technologically, has already left the mesocosmic realm of natural and physical exploitation; it is penetrating the social and intellectual spheres of labor; in fact, it already entered the microcosmic and macrocosmic domains, by means of occult physics, electro-magnetic energy, by Tesla technology, the life sciences, biotechnology, genetic engineering, nanotechnology, of "creating a new post-human species", of space discovery, travel and of possible future planetary "colonizations", of military occupation of the solar system.

United States and European imperialist megalomania has no limits!

At the beginning of the last century, the arch-imperialist, Cecil John Rhodes, said it: "If I could, I would annex the planets!"

For our Fanonian self-defense, it is imperative to know the "Ten Commandments", the ideological, religious basis for Christian ethics, to cite our democratic constitution, to sing the complete national hymn, to save potable water, not to sing more than one song under the shower, to join the reserve army, to study, act and think all our social missions and projects.

However, we are not preparing ourselves for a coming border skirmish with a few CIA mercenaries or even for the colonial Battle of Algiers, but to fight in Bush's ultra-modern genocidal "new" world wars, of Full Spectrum Dominance, where current terrorist realities like "shock and awe" over Baghdad, over Fallujah, over Haiti and the "Twin Towers" are on the order of the day, in which inexistent "terrorism" and WMD's are being used as fabricated pretexts for military invasions, and where US existing WMD's are being used to massacre and terrorize tens of thousands of innocent, peace-loving civilians and peoples.

Because we have oil, gas, water, biodiversity and oxygen, the eternal Sword of Bush is hovering over our heads, let us make no mistake about this fact! This is what matters for Venezuela, not fame, posts, positions, money or capital!

And, as Oscar Heck asks, with relation to Venezuela, for what are the billions of US tax-dollars being used? "Is this where you want your tax dollars to go to? Violence? Deception? Manipulation? Military intervention? War?"

In previous articles, we have underlined the essence of the current problems, that is, what Nikola Tesla himself more than 50 years ago has already stated concerning the solution of the severe coming "world energy crisis":

"Electric power is everywhere present in unlimited quantities and can drive the world's machinery without the need of coal, oil, gas, or any other of the common fuels."

At the eve of the Third Millennium, Thomas Bearden confirmed:
"At any point and at any time, one can freely and inexpensively extract enormous electromagnetic energy flows directly from the active vacuum itself."

Concerning the "Cold War" crisis, that threatened the Western Hemisphere, about what kind of weapons did Nikita Khrushchev speak in January 1960?

At that time, the military focus was on a "new" type of EM wave, that has been discovered by Nikola Tesla in the empty vacuum of space. When engineered, anywhere in the possible multiple universes, it can produce in unimaginable magnitude, practically an inexhaustible energy supply; Tesla called it "radiant energy". Such energy is free, so abundant that it negates any attempt of exploitation in a capitalist fashion. This is precisely the reason why the Bush administration and its other metropolitan consorts do not inform the world about the real, true possible solution of the current "energy crisis". It would detonate capitalism and imperialism into oblivion.

During the "Cold War" period, Russian and East-European natural scientists, like Titarenko, partially with the intelligence aid of the KGB, have already been working on this technology for decades and even "have weaponized these 'new' longitudinal scalar waves to a great degree." Of course, their "western" counterparts and colleagues did exactly the same.

Bearden informs us that "by 1957-8 the Soviets had progressed to the point of a giant scalar EM accident in the Urals which exploded nearby atomic wastes, devastating the area. This new, fantastic weapon was so powerful 'that it could wipe out all life on earth if unrestrainedly employed.'"

In spite of the immense victories of Dien Bien Phu, of "April 11-13, 2002" and the current heroic "Resistance in Iraq and Palestine", this is the current military reality of our bellicose problems vis-a-vis the war-mongrel, the USA!

Concerning the "energy crisis", that affects Venezuela, Thomas Bearden has suggested that the USA urgently should launch a new "Manhattan Project" to save the world, but, as we know, nothing of the sort happened; on the contrary, what Bearden predicted would logically follow, is already partially a world reality:

"The 2003 date appears to be the critical 'point of no return' for the survival of civilization as we have known it.

"Reaching that point, say, in 2005 will not solve the crisis in time, and the collapse of the world economy as well as the destruction of civilization and the biosphere will still almost certainly occur, even with the solutions in hand."

In this same warning spirit Jutta Schmitt explained the military essence of future US eco-terrorism in the world. Should it become necessary, in the national and international interests of the USA, such attacks will surely be implemented one day in Venezuela too.

Hence, let us be prepared for any eventuality!

Already, in 1997, the US Defense Secretary William Cohen has explained that "they (the eco-terrorists) can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations ... It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts."

In conclusion, it is obvious that the real, true "axis of evil" is composed of: exploitation, domination, discrimination, militarization and alienation. This is what the USA defends, this is what the Bolivarian Revolution negates on a global scale.

Well, the above should be sufficient to indicate the extremely high scientific degree of Fanonian "counter terrorism" that would be necessary to stave off the next violent, fascist attacks of the USA and of its international and national bloodthirsty war-hounds.
