Gemini-9 est un groupe rock progressif, possédant un seul membre actif, au son peu orthodoxe et original à souhait. Nos chansons traitent de sujets de l'heure tels la mondialisation de la pauvreté et la criminalisation de celle-ci, l'érosion des droits civils et autres sujets politisés du genre. Nous avons à notre actif un album en français, MM© (2000), et un album en anglais, Cryptosomnia (2002). Les chansons de ces disques sont disponibles gratuitement en format mp3, ainsi que tous les textes et autres informations sur Gemini-9 sur le site www.gemini-9.com.

Vous pouvez les commander à partir du site www.gemini-9.com, an argent canadien, américain ou en euros selon votre provenance, payables par chèques, mandats-postes ou carte de crédit(PayPal). Ces albums sont des auto-productions, et incluent pochette, étiquette sur le disque et du matériel offert en extra (fichiers informatiques). En plus de rémunérer les collaborateurs qui ont rendus ces albums possibles, les profits provenant de la vente de ces disques serviront à financer la location d'équipements dont j'ai besoin pour produire le spectacle tel que je l'ai conçu. De plus, Gemini-9 s'est joint au mouvement "Tous contre la Guilde", qui conteste la façon dont la Guilde des Musiciens, sous l'égide de son président Émile Subirana, gère le dossier des petits bars et salles de spectacles où les artistes peu connus peuvent se produire. Gemini-9 appuie également la création d'une Association des Musiciens Autonomes du Québec (AMAQ), qui se veut une réponse plus organisée de la réprésentation des droits des artistes indépendants à l'auto-production. Finalement, j'ai le plaisir de vous annoncer que la musique de Gemini-9 traverse de plus en plus les frontières au moyen des ondes hertziennes; en effet, Radio Penguin, une station de radio de Novosibirsk, en Sibérie, s'intéresse à mon travail. Je viens de leur envoyer mes disques, j'espère en recevoir des commentaires bientôt. J'ai également eu droit à un bel article dans Le Pharillon récemment, le journal communautaire de Gaspé, ma ville natale. L'article est dans la section "Coupures de presse".
