On April 2001 we mobilized for over a year to have 50,000 people on the streets of Quebec City against the FTAA ... Last October 2002, we spent months to mobilize over 10,000 students on the streets of Montreal against the FTAA ... This coming Friday (February 7) Canadian Trade Minister Pierre Pettigrew and his provincial counterparts are meeting at Montreal's posh Ritz Carlton Hotel to further accelerate the FTAA ... We have only days to again mobilize thousands to stop the Free Trade Area of the Americas ...
