DÉTENTION DE 2 COMPAGNONES MEMBRES DE VOCAL

Dès la nuit du 15 juillet, il avait été accordés d'une concentration dans le Zocalo le 16 à 8 h. du matin pour la célébration de la Guelaguetza Populaire. De là, à comme 10 h. du matin, parti la marche de la célébration qui a monté par la rue Porfirio Díaz jusqu'à l'Avenue Ninos Héroes avec l'intention de célébrer, de manière totalement pacifique, la festivité populaire dans la Colline du Fortin. À la
hauteur de l'Hôtel Plaza del Fortin un contingent de plusieurs centaines de policiers de différentes corporations attendait la marche, parmis eux se trouvaient des militaires. La marche/célébration est arrivée avec musique de fanfare et de danse, et dès le début ils essayèrent de dialoguer avec les fonctionnaires pour qu'ils permettent le passage de la célébration.

Les policiers ont nié l'autorisation et la fête a été effectuée directement dans l'avenue, à la croisière de l'avenue Vénus avec Ninos Héroes.
