The sociologist Dr. Atilio Boron, professor of political theory at the University of Buenos Aires, is an internationally known radical political author. UNESCO awarded him the “International Jose Marti prize” on July 17, 2009.

Los ingleses, en cambio, tienen clara la película desde 1833, cuando invadieron las islas. Pocos años después, con pirática lucidez, el primer ministro de la reina Victoria, lord Aberdeen, profetizó: En estos días de de-senvolvimiento de Sud América, las islas tienen gran valor para Inglaterra como base naval.
