The proletariat in Greece shows us the way !

Anonyme, Thursday, March 18, 2010 - 14:52

As our class brothers in Greece, we must refuse the fate that capitalism has in store for us and we must enter massively into struggle, organize a large, compact and powerful front of struggle which makes the bourgeoisie step back .

Social movements are multiplying, are taking over for one another, are joigning, are adding, here is the situation that Greece is passing through since some weeks ; a situation that the bourgeois medias, in the entire world, strive to hide or, worst, to distort. By the means of their censorship, the informations medias show that the international capitalist class fears that this situation spreads, that the main actor of this bubbling Greek tragedy, the proletariat, serves as an example for the workers of other countries.

The proletariat in Greece strongly fights back

The last plan of the government of this country announces strong attacks as taxes rises up to 21%, lowering salaries (reduction of 60% of the 14th month and of 30% of the 13th), freezes for the public and private pensions, very strong increases for the taxes on alcool, tabacco and fuel), the rise of other taxes (such as the housing and owners ones). This violent attacks affect directly and essentially the proletariat. Capitalisme wants so to make the proletariat pay for its crisis.
This situation is under the total and entire responsability of the bourgeoisie, not only the national one, in the general bankruptcy of this country and in the present attacks ; this is the real significance of the "recommandations" of the European Union, with the German bourgeoisie on the lead, and the IMF, who are there for "supporting" Papandréou, the Greek First Minister, it means to oblige the Greek bourgeoisie to make its own proletariat pay.
Such attacks are today already made also in Spain and in Portugal. They are the same which will fall upon the proletariat of the other countries in the weeks to come.
In front of these attacks, struggles, strikes, street demonstrations, massive delegations, assemblies, arise and increase through all Greece in order to oppose to this scandalous plan of the bourgeoisie. In all sectors, in all categories, the proletarians mobilize to express their anger and their refusal to suffer this situation whose only responsible is capitalism.

These proletarians show the way to their class brothers of the entire world

- They massively express through the struggle, and not through sterile means as the ones proposed by the bourgeois democracy (elections, referendums, social dialogue, union negotiations, etc.), their rage and their refusal of the anti-workers government and bosses policies. And they encourage us to make the same and even more.
- They demonstrate, since they have no choice today, their unfailing determination which leads them to frontly oppose every force which is an obstacle to their justified fight : they multiply the confrontations with the forces of capitalist order which are sent by the government of the "socialist" Papandréou ; they eject by force from their street demonstrations all the "false-friends" and in particular the union pontiffs whose organizations are party to the governement policy. For the proletarians of the entire world, this determination of the Greek workers is to be greeted and to be adopted.
- Even still dispersed and still expressing themselves in the trap of corporatism (encouraged by the unions), their effort aims clearly to spread, to join, to unify their struggle to the other ones, to mutually express their solidarity, because they become conscious that their concerns and their interests are the same ; that is what we could see in the willingness which has been expressed by the workers of the distinct demonstrations - that the unions have knowingly organized in different places - to make them converge in order to gather altogether and to unify their forces.

In order the proletariat imposes a relation of forces which make the bourgeoisie to give way, the research of its struggles' unity is indispensable and even vital. This unity is got by the spreading and the active solidarity of each movement to the other sectors and corporations, by the the sending of massive delegations to the factories and companies of the surroundings. Nothing is worst, nor so much source of defeat, than a broke up and dispersed social front ; it is just what the capitalists want and, often, thanks to the sabotage work of the unions.

The confrontations which are taking place in Greece show us that we won't really develop our fight, multiply our struggles, unite them in a common massive and powerful front unless we take them in our own hands in order to lead them, to control them and to organize them. This will be possible through the means of General Assemblies which must gather as much workers as possible, which must decide the great orientations and demands of our struggle, which must nominate our elected delegates revocable at any moment , delegates who will represent us in the strikes committees. We can't let our class "war" in the hands of the so-called "specialists" !

Capitalism crisis can't but worsen. We can't have any illusion and we can't listen to the lies of the governments and the medias which are at the pay of the capitalist class !
Today, States of some countries which are at the core of capitalism, are on the verge of bankruptcy, Spain, Italy and above all Great-Britain, while all States are deeply in debt. The whole international capitalist class must make pay the proletariat for its crisis, in all sectors, public and private, active workers, unemployed and pensionned, in all countries, on all continents, from capitalism periphery to its center. None of us will escape. We can't have any illusion !
As our class brothers in Greece, we must refuse the fate that capitalism has in store for us and we must enter massively into struggle, organize a large, compact and powerful front of struggle which makes the bourgeoisie step back .
It is so that we will develop our consciousness that capitalism is a deeply bankrupted system, that it can't but lead humanity to even more misery and to its destruction through generalized war, that it has to be destroyed and that the only force which is able to do it, it is ourselves, the international proletariat.

For the world bourgeoisie, it is the proletariat of all countries who must may the price of the crisis of its own system.

The bankruptcy of capitalism has no other outcome than deeper misery for all exploited before imposing them the sacrifice of their lives in a world war as it has already been the case in 1914 and 1939.

Today, in all parts, proletarians must refuse the enormous sacrifices that the bourgeoisie imposes on them for, tomorrow, having the force to suppress this class and its system.
