I am informing through Indymedia International, all the workers of the World that they themselves must build their own jobs. All institutions in America public or private are robbing the citizens. Each American must deal with the problem directly.

Techno Economics International Consultants (TEIC), a group of researchers of the Third World managed by Canadians, has developed the necessary procedures to achieve full global employment in three years, and to restore the liveability of the Planet in some 25 years. This information is being transmitted to all the Media in North America since 2001, but the owner of that news conglomerate, the money hoarder Ted Turner, apparently, has forbidden his media empire to inform on real economics, which is the kind of economics that President Obama calls Main St. Economics.

As Director General of TEIC Canada, I have written “The Simplicity of Obama’s Democracy” which will be published in Canada and the Spanish version “La Democracia Natural de Hugo Chávez”, which is being published in Caracas, Venezuela. Soon the World will have precise information on the Work of TEIC, in spite of the betrayal of America by Ted Turner’s media errand boys.

“The Simplicity of Obama’s Democracy” shows the three motions that President Obama must have adopted in the General Assembly of the United Nations, if he intends to honour his electoral promises prior to November 4, 2009 that he appears to have forgotten since that date. “La Democracia Natural de Hugo Chávez” show the same motions that Chávez and Putin definitely will present this year in the General Assembly, because Scientific Human Economics is beginning to be used by those two Nations in balanced bilateral barter which is the recommendation of all the experts in our modern international trade, called “Scientific Human Economics”.

Here are the motions that no-action-speech-marker President Obama should present, if the corporate mandamuses of the special interests in Washington would allow him:

1 – The universal standard of value is the Gross National Product per capita (GNP/capita). The International Monetary system existing in the 19th century is restored accepting the modern invariable universal standard that is an improved value over the golden standard or the valueless reserves in the Central Banks, which today are meaningless.

2 – All Countries will restore the Ministry of Economics that is now split in the Treasury and Trade and Commerce. This Ministry will restore the constitutional obligation of all governments to manage the economy with civil servants and elected official only. The present practice to allow commercial banks to keep a board of governors dictating policy in the Central Banks is from now on, forbidden, because banking or financial corporations are not citizens nor have the constitution right to vote.

3 – The return to a universal standard of value gives currencies tangible worth, which serves to execute equal value barter. The Central Bank – now a division internal to the Ministry of Economics – is the only source of financing for the Federal, State and Municipal governments, which have a credit line at “0% interest and a 100 years term” (abbreviated: 0/100). All national governments must use this credit line directly with the Central Bank to pay the debs that all nations have with international and national private corporate banks. The only debt that any sovereign nation can have is with its own Central Bank. The commercial banks are and continue being “middlemen”, who add cost without adding value. They have condemned themselves to extinction because they have restricted credit, threatened with outsourcing and reduction of employment and menaced with bankruptcy to obtain bailouts from the taxpayers. The complete collapse of the worldwide stock markets would be the most beneficial solution for the workers of all nations.
“It is obvious that Obama will not be able to fulfil anyone of his promises”. He is a hostage in the White House, manipulated by the politicking in the Capitol. In the next months, Chávez and Putin will have approved Scientific Human Economics in the General Assembly of the UN and they will lead “Continental Economic Communities” practicing real economics. All Member States of the UN will notice that the motions that the specialists in modern economics have collaborated to have register in a Charter of the UN restore the sovereignty of all Nations and the independence of all democratic governments to manage their trade in the interest of their own citizens... No more phony Bush-like free trade agreements viciously imposed on the weaker nations! No more CNN covering-up the true economics managed in all Nation by highly trained civil servants specialized in a normalized economy equally good for all Nation. The UN Economic Charter frees the workers of Humanity from the bottom-line corporate-made unemployment. Elected Democratic Government would manage their sovereign countries in the interest of the citizens with respect and careful attention to the environment.
