CALLOUT FOR BOOK DONATIONS FOR OPEN DOOR BOOKS
BRING THEM TO THE 9TH ANNUAL MONTREAL ANARCHIST BOOKFAIR

OPEN DOOR BOOKS, a Montreal-based organization has been sending books to prisons across the US and Canada for over fifteen years. We regularly send to youth detention centres, and federal and provincial prisons throughout
Ontario and Quebec. Open Door Books relies entirely on donations of books and other reading material provided by the greater Montreal community.

WE WILL BE TABLING AT THE 9TH ANNUAL MONTREAL ANARCHIST BOOKFAIR AND ARE REQUESTING THAT YOU BRING YOUR DONATIONS TO THE BOOKFAIR, MAY 17TH AT CEDA (2515 DELISLE) FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM.

WE ARE ESPECIALLY IN NEED OF: multilingual dictionaries and language books, how-to manuals, bestsellers, and books on indigenous issues / decolonization struggles, etc.

YOU CAN ALSO DROP BOOKS OFF:
* downtown at QPIRG Concordia at 1500 Maisonneuve West suite 204,
* in the mile end at le Cagibi at 5490 saint laurent,
* in NDG at Head and Hands at 5833 sherbrooke west

OPEN DOOR BOOKS seeks to support and work in solidarity with prisoners. We believe books are a potentially life-changing resource, and a distraction from the grind of prison life. We believe that incarcerated communities
have the right to access quality books and reading material as long as they're imprisoned.
