For the past 4 months Albert Douglas has sat isolated within a cell, otherwise called solitary, after an arrest by racist pigs on HW 401 on Sept. 27, 2007. The Kanadian government has had a hit out on his head, accusing him of assault, attempted murder, robbery and unlawful confinement, among other charges. They have held him against his will in an internment camp Kanada traditionally used for it's poor, located at 165 Barton st. on occupied land called Hamilton. They have routinely ransacked his cell, searching for and stealing his belongings. As well as this theft, they have forcefully searched his person. They constantly watch and record his every action with video and audio surveillance. The Kanadian government is trying to process Albert through their colonial, Kangaroo courts. But Albert refuses to be broken, and as a signatory member of the Kanienkekhake tribe, He has and continues to assert that Kanada's INjustice system has no jurisdiction over him. Kanada's kidnapping and imprisonment of Albert has prevented him from continuing to defend his land and his people from genocide & occupying military forces. Albert is not accountable to Kanada's laws but rather the Kaianereh'ko:wa/Great Law, and this matter of kidnapping is an act of treason under International Law. Throughout this facade of a justice system, the Kanadian government and their armed goons have continually lied, cheated and stolen from Albert, forcing him to appear in their courts over 20 times. They have promised him disclosure of their surveillance and "evidence" against him within the court, but then have their hired goons steal it back from him once it ends. They continue to stall the proceedings, breaching their own laws, in an attempt to break Albert's spirit. They have also repeatedly harassed & denied Albert's supporters entry into their courts, & have ban at least 3 of Albert's supporters from the Cayuga court house. Kanada, you cannot continue to breach treaties and International law with impunity. Alberts battle to be free is just an extension of your 500+ year long War on Indians, the horrific genocide you have committed against indigenous populations and the continual war you wage against the earth and it's defenders. END YOUR WAR ON ALL INDIGENOUS POPULATIONS, AT "HOME" & ABROAD! If you would like to show your support and solidarity for Albert, Albert appears before the court in Cayuga for a bail review on Thursday Feb. 28th @ 10:00 am. Albert also has scheduled dates for March 3rd @ 10AM to review charges. Alberts pre-trail date is on march 31st @ 10AM, this is not a public hearing but they will address the public directly after. all dates are at this Location: you can write to him in prison at: Albert Douglas If you would like to send money for Albert's Com-missionary or legal fees, please contact supp...@gmail.com for more details. if your are reposting this or other articles about Alberts case, please contact supp...@gmail.com with the details. for more info on Alberts case, check out this article: http://www.thecannon.ca/news_details.php?id=13306 Albert has been criminalized for defending his land & his people.
