70% in EU countries want a referendum concerning the EU

FPF - 5 Nov. 2007 - Tomorrow, Tuesday, will be one of those black days again for human beings in the European Union, when behind their backs an unconstitutional and thus illegal 'NO FLY list' is put forward without 99% of the people in the EU knowing about it. Also in the EU, and in secret 'proposals', the EU's financial managers and warlords have decided to control all and everything. Permanently. They, the now ruling multinationals and their collaborating personnel which calls themselves 'politicians', are even paid by their victims via rising taxes. The conclusion ought to be obvious: the controlling and 'milking' of the people in Europe is getting totally out of hand, as the sly introduction of the NO FLY list again shows.

The 490 million people in the EU are mostly, via the war mongers' propaganda by the media, kept uninformed, and are forced to pay 'far out' taxes which have no relation to reality. In Dutch there's a very appropriate word for it: roofmoord, meaning robbery and murder in one. In the whole financial block where the US/UK war profiteers influence the economy, like in the US or EU, wages are getting lower all the time while people work more and more.

The by billions in tax money financed social fabric is shredded to make the profit for the profiteers even bigger. And if for instance people get 'uninsured' by the national health care system the profiteers have usurped too, since the people can not pay the growing national health service premiums anymore because of their low wages: 'so be it' the usurpers think: let'm pay, or die. The fact that for instance already seventeen percent of the average 52% income taxes in Holland are 'taken' to finance the national health care system, proves how greedy these criminals are. Those humanoids can't have a human conscience either.

'REALISE' ONESELF? NOW MANY WOMEN WORK AND MUST PAY 'TAXES' TOO!

By many it is still not understood why for decades all those 'modern' women everywhere were made to 'go out, work and realize themselves', as the propaganda media said. Only to find out that the women were sent out into the working world to pay taxes too. It doubled the tax profit for the financial managers. Now many people and also couples work full time, and the majority wishes the month had only three weeks. Or less. They are given 'plastic money' and indebted via mortgages etc, but are never made to understand that they owe their life and labor to the managers and their bussiness. To the company store.

Where the 'directors' actually don't give a damn whether they live or die, or under what circumstances. As long as they are profitable it's OK. And for them? Ten others! That's the EU system becoming too: people are like Kleenex paper handkerchiefs; used and thrown away. But the resistance is there and grows. People - like in France - by the millions fight back. And they logically want revenge, and will get it too. That's going to be messy, to use an understatement, but - looking at what they are guilty of - the humanoids and their collaborators deserve every second of their punishment.

What the working people heavily pay for, and which were rights they had, are now 'given' to them as some kind of favor. To take just one example of the criminal tax extortion: the average Dutch worker pays fifty-two percent (52%) in so called taxes. The absolute highest in the world at present. And so are for instance the fuel prices in SHELL's little fiefdom, among the highest in the world too. The VAT in Holland now stands at nineteen percent (19%), while the cost of living has doubled since the fraudulent introduction of the 'one money system', the Euro.

Culprits like the disgusting former minister of finances, Zalm, war criminal and PM Balkenende c.s. or the director of the Dutch national bank (hahaha...) Nout Wellink, are taken to court for their fraudulent behavior, by many brave people. But, with the corrupt juridical system, justice doesn't work in the US/UK junta's 'empire'. Not yet anyhow. Because human justice will be upon the usurers which made millions suffer or die.

Because in the Dutch case, the 52% 'taxes' on an income, in reality mean that in The Netherlands she or he effectively works six months per year for their robbing personnel, in a country which secretly by the managers has been turned into a tax haven for thousands of rich companies and 'fat cats' like Bono, looking for a tax shelter. Holland may be small in surface and population, but it is #6 on the Forbes list of 'richest' countries in the world. But, it certainly is not a 'rich' country for 90% of the people living there.

Out of 16.5 million, at least one million has to be seen as poor, according to official statistics, and vegetates on, or under the minimum existence limit. Since these managers rule Holland more harshly, poverty has risen with one percent a year, and stands now - at least officially - at 11%, but most probably it's 15%. It is an enormous shame that this is possible and done.

But, Holland, like the United States, is 'half asleep' because of the dumbed down education and perverted propaganda, as a Soma drug covering the permanent bleeding. Like in the States and now in many EU countries, they dimly see the carefully build-up and billions in tax money costing social fabric of their country falling apart, all for the profit of a few managers. And still they don't understand where the wrecking ball swings from, because of the media cowards doing the permanent brainwashing. A 'NO FLY LIST' MEANS CONTROL, POWER AND PROFIT

Nothing else! And the usury and control is done at any price to the 90% of the people who must endure the sneaking totalitarian idiocy. The local politicians, those traitors in the EU countries who have sold themselves and assist in keeping the people 'poor and stupid' - not reacting as a human being should - well, they all ought to be ........ (Fill in whatever you feel like).

The hundreds of pages and small print of the so called EU 'constitution' hardly anybody can read, or is informed about, but the EU managers - against valid law and existing constitutions - want to enforce all anyhow. And there are a lot of 'secret' agreements with the US and Israel not even the compliant parliaments are allowed to see. Got it? Your 'representatives' are not even 'allowed' to see it! And they accept this? Bad personnel should be fired and jailed, and not like now present each other with 'golden handshakes' when they leave.

And what about 'security? Security for whom? Anyhow, the EU presidents, prime ministers and whatever name or title all the other crooks have taken, this mafia said they had 'reached an 'accord' about it in Lisbon. But the traitors don't even dare to use a constitutional referendum to find out what the 490 million victims of their greedy madness think. Last time in 2005, those who could vote - like in France and in Holland - 63% said NO! And, according to the latest figures, an average of 70% in the big EU countries wants a referendum concerning the EU.* And they want it NOW! What this malignant group - like to many others - is doing to the people in 27 European countries, is beyond words. By those who see what they do everywhere, this group of psychopaths is thought of as some kind of 'humanoids'. Those warlords, the profiteers and their collaborators; they do not know what humanity or decency is. They cold heartedly kill people by the millions and for personal profit, and now only want to further 'bleed' the European Union dry.

Slyly within the European Union countries they are taking steps towards what is dreamt of by them: global hegemony. With one totalitarian 'government' in one big police state, with one currency, the Euro, with one Gestapo like armed force to pick up or fight and kill people who don't like the totalitarians, NATO is one blind 'cannon fodder' army, one expensive mail service, one big propaganda media and school system to dumb down people, one huge control system including NO FLY lists, all natural resources, and so on.

It's the 'Salami tactic': one slice at the time, and before you know it the whole sausage is gone! The present US/UK junta's system, which puts power and profit before human beings and their well being, is pure fascism. LIKE IN THE US: 'THEY' DECIDE WHETHER YOU CAN TRAVEL OR NOT

In reality, to collect personal data (PNR) on everyone flying in and out of the EU also means that it is up to all the Gestapos in the different countries, supported by many civil servants, and collaborating as always with the secret services of the CIA/Mossad, if you can travel or not. You will need their OK to fly! And if you, like all normal human beings, are against their economy-fascism, you'll get in trouble. That's why 'they' - totally illegal - electronically snoop on all and everybody, to ferret out dissent anywhere.

And that's why they - like FEMA in the United Police States - have the concentration camps at the ready. From a human point of view, it really is about time that all criminals - of whatever or double nationality - who ensnare more and more people into electronic slavery, are jailed and punished as soon as is possible. This has to be stopped and their bad habits eradicated. Their usury system has through the ages had a very bad influence on mankind, and has led to billions of dead people in the name of fakes.

Their main thought always is 'security' for the few humanoids who use the might of money and their loot. And the by them artificially whipped up fears, the artificial unemployment or faked 'devaluations', are for the human beings who are permanently abused in their power and profit system. The security and hegemony of this alien brood, those multi-nationality multinationals, is the only thing which is ever thought of. When they say 'Free market', it means all is free for them. They think they are 'free' to do to anything to anybody and anywhere, whatever pleases them.

WHO PROFITS?

Look around you at the millions of dead people! Who profits? The war financiers and profiteers have completely ignored any form of human decency and must absolutely be punished. Whether by fragging or courts: they and their collaborators must be stopped everywhere, not only in the US, UK or EU. The military by now must turn their arms around, understanding by whom they are used and abused for profit. The humanoids doing this to the world are so bad, that a normal human being hardly can believe or understand it. Even if the misery and the mountains of corpses, their victims, keep growing. All those who support this, and contribute to it, are war criminals. And must without exceptions be treated as such.

The managers' 'advisers' did to the EU 'NO FLY list proposal' the same as to the so called EU constitution; the criminals just interchanged some pages and presented it via the usual and compliant cowards in their propaganda media as 'new'! During the negotiations on this EU-US PNR agreement, the number of categories of data to be transferred was reduced from 34 to 19. However, the 19 items included all the data from the 34 items. These bastards' crookery is clear enough, isn't it?

Personally I'm against capital punishment, but lately I've been willing to make more and more exceptions. Because I have never in my long life as a foreign correspondent, seen a more deadly and criminal bunch as this one.

PNR (PASSENGER NAME RECORD) SCHEME PROPOSED TO PLACE UNDER SURVEILLANCE ALL TRAVEL IN AND OUT OF THE EU

- All passengers to be "profiled" and the data kept for 13 years
- EU PNR plan mirrors controversial EU-US PNR scheme
- European Parliament only to be "consulted"
- Data protection fiasco

The European Commission is to put forward, on Tuesday 6 November, a proposal to collect personal data (PNR) on everyone flying in and out of the EU. Full text of Commission's PNR proposal (pdf).

The data to be collected is almost exactly the same as that being collected under the controversial EU-US PNR scheme. Every passenger's data is to be subject to a "risk assessment" which could lead to questioning or refusal of entry. The data is to be kept for 5 years (EU-US scheme is 7 years) and then for a further 8 years in a "dormant" database (the same as the EU-USA scheme). It also begs the question of why the 2004 EC Directive on the collection of API (Advance Passenger Information), due to be put into effect by all member states by September 2006, is not sufficient and why it appears only one state, Spain, is operating it? [Footnote 1] The API data required is more limited than PNR - it is the data held in the machine readable zone of EU passports (name, nationality, passport number, date of birth plus details of the flight: place of entry into EU, plane code, departure and arrival time, number of passengers and point of embarkation).

As it has not been implemented no data is available as to why this is not sufficient for the purposes of combating terrorism and organised crime. [Footnote 2] See: Observatory: EU surveillance of passengers (PNR) See also Difference between API and PNR

One of the most controversial aspects will be the "profiling" (risk assessment) of all passengers, including visitors from the USA. The "profile" will be updated and held for 13 years. The "profiling" of all passengers raises fundamental questions of privacy, data protection and human rights.

It should be noted that this is a proposal for legislation by the Commission which the Council - in its secret working parties - can change at will (and ignore European Parliament's opinion under "consultation"). So will the scope be extended cover internal EU flights (ie: between EU countries) as well?

Tony Bunyan, Statewatch editor, comments:

"This is yet another measure that places everyone under surveillance and makes everyone a "suspect" without any meaningful right to know how the data is used, how it is further processed and by whom. Moreover, the "profiling" of all airline passengers has no place in a democracy.

We have already got the mandatory taking of fingerprints for passports and ID cards and the mandatory storage of telecommunications data of every communication, now we are to have the mandatory logging of all travel in and out of the EU.

The underlying rationale for each of the measures is the same - all are needed to tackle terrorism. Yet there is little evidence that the gathering of "mountain upon mountain" of data on the activities of every person in the EU makes a significant contribution. On the other hand, the use of this data for other purposes, now or in the future, will make the EU the most surveilled place in the world".

THE COMMISSION'S RATIONALE

The Commission proposal notes that only "UK, France and Denmark" have enacted legislation for the "capture and use of PNR" - that is, only three member states out of 27 - and because there are "divergences" of standards in these three states harmonisation is needed across the EU. Moreover, as only "a limited number of Member States have adopted legislation" (just three) the "potential benefits" of an EU-PNR scheme is "not fully realised".

The Commission further says that on the basis of the EU-USA PNR agreement it has been able to:

"assess the value of PNR data"

Have they? Even in the USA they have difficulty in providing data to justify the the collection of PNR data. In October 2006 the US Department of Homeland Security said that out of 63 million visitors they had detected:

"1,200 criminals and immigration violators"

Well, that a very small number, and "criminal", how many were suspected terrorists? And what are "immigration violators" and what has this category got to do with terrorism?

The Commission also says it has learnt from:

"the experience of the UK from its pilot projects"

This is a reference to the "Semaphore" project. The long-term objective in the UK is to profile every air passenger traveling inside the UK, to and from the EU and visiting from outside the EU - is the EU going down this road?

The Commission proposes that "decentralised system" is set up, that is, one operated at national level rather than creating an EU-wide centralised system. This lends itself to different standards of data protection, different criteria for assessing risk, different criteria for watch-lists etc.

The reason for the rejection of a centralised collection of data is interesting as this is turned down because there would be: "a high risk of failure because of the vast amounts of data" - which is interesting as the VIS (Visa Information System for those visiting the EU) database is designed to hold 100 million records.

This document COM 654 (2007) is the proposal as put to the full meeting of the Commissioners dated 22 October 2007. With a bit of cleaning up (references) and a new front page it is due to be put out on Tuesday 6 November.
