A PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE TO PROTECT CANADIAN LAW

Anonyme, Wednesday, April 12, 2006 - 14:48

Jorge Torrealba, Director General, TEIC

THE ROBBERY OF MY ACCOUNTS BY PRESIDENT CHOICE FINANCIAL IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE OMBUDSMAN OBSI WHO IS THE ARBITER FOR THE WHOLE CANADIAN BANKING MULTINATIONAL CARTEL. I AM USING INDYMEDIA TO PROMOTE THE IDEA OF THE CREATION OF A PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE TO PROTECT ALL CONSUMERS AND WORKERS OF MULTINATIONALS, BY STADARDIZING THE CONTRACTS OF THESE PROVIDERS TO ABIDE BY THE CONSTUTIONAL JURISPRUDENCE OF CANADA AND OUR CHARTER OF HUMAN RIGHTS.

For instance, to obtain the few channels we would like to have in television we are forced to buy a series of packages of no interest to us. The one-sided contract of the cable monopolies in Canada force us to pay about $50.00/month for services not worthy $10.00/month to the consumer. If you study all the contracts you have signed with telephone companies, cellular phone companies, your banking monopolies, your mortgage providers, your credit card shylocks, etc. etc. you will easily estimate that you waste about 20% of your income in the unnecessary and wasteful one-sided contracts with the multinationals that provide services, credit and utilities.
Since Mulroney the conservative and liberal parties are owned by the fraudulent multinationals and these political parties pressure the elected representatives to look the other way.
This minority Parliament is capable to form a Parliamentary Committee to protect the Canadian jurisprudence and the Charter of Rights to shield the consumers and employees of Canada. By modifying the initial contracts of clients and multinationals, they are going to save the whole population of Canada 20% of their income, or billions of dollars per month to all Canadians, by replacing those contracts with Agreements respectful of the Constitution of Canada and the Charter of Human Rights. The Leader that shows the way to the present minority parliament towards the liberation of Canadians from the fraud of globalization will form a majority Government in the next 12 months.
All the evidence that I interchange with the OBIS and that of the thieving PCF against my arguments that are sustained by the Constitution and the Charter of Human rights, are being copied to the four party leaders from them to make their own opinions and take the ethical and independent leadership that is necessary in face of such generalized corruption by the fraudulent corporations that own the conservative and Liberal parties. Their leaders in Parliament are honest, but have their hands tied. If any leader has the courage of facing up to the foreign extortion and liberates the government and the House of Commons from the aggression of multinationals, such leader will form the next majority government and will form a representative parliament where MPs will listen to Canadians, not to corrupt political bosses obedient errand boys of the CEOs, leaders of the robbery of Canada.
Hopefully, Mr. Doug Weber, OBSI of the Canadian Cartel of Banking, resident of Canada must render his verdict respecting the Jurisprudence of Canada and the Charter.
