Using tickets, batons, choke holds, pepper spray, tasers and guns, the police serve and protect the state, the rich, and their property. The victims of these abuses are most often the marginalized, the poor, the youth, people of colour, immigrants, indigenous people, and activists. We are certainly not missing any examples for proof…
