Over the past several months, I found myself receiving email messages from an individual named Robert Jason. I hadn’t requested that I be included on his mailing list, however I decided that I would not request my removal, as I quite enjoyed reading his take on Canadian culture of the early 21st century. However, my enjoyment was not based upon any sort of agreement with Mr. Jason’s ideology. Instead, I found myself amused by his insular and outmoded ideas based upon a conservative interpretation of an ancient book.
