Cso (Okupied Social Center) Les Naus Anouncement as an answerd to the sentence that evicts this center in Barcelona.

The sentence arrival from the Barcelona Provincial Audience (sec. number 13) where the previous sentence is annuled about a proces of eviction because precariety, ask us to leave this space, that has been used for especulation in the last 20 years as well as the Grà cia quarter, and also the rest of the city of Barcelona. In front of this situation we would like to comunicate:

-The eviction of Les Naus isn't it an unusual case, in a city where normally there's 4000 dislodges (evictions) every year, but because we are squatters, sure that the police display and the media treatment going to be, even worst.

-The "bubble" of the state's agents and because there's no town planning that
goes to destiny for a social use (nurseries, social centers, schools,....) in front of these "urban mega-projects" (Olympic Games of Barcelona '92, Forum 2004,...) and all of this is just favorable for the banks, state's agents and cement works, that produce just uproot and
social exclusion.

-The CSO (squatted social centre) Les Naus is a space that we squatted nine years ago, in front of the lack of public spaces in the quarter. In this space there's a management. it works in
assembly way, and gives an opportunity, to diferent collectives and unions, for to develop projects to those who don't have any space for to
realise it. We been did activities in a relation with the art�stic world and over all culture. We share this space with people from different unions, collectives, for to prepare diferent activities, for to debate, for to make meetings.... We are making this in the local, national and international ambit, in a lot of occasions.

-The social labour that realise the CSO Les Naus there's reaffirmation when the Provintial
Audience said: "... there's no doubt that Les Naus is making a social function, and there's no spaces for the civic use in the quarter of Grà cia, but this function to correspond to the public institutions and public powers for to answer these social demands.

-Meanwhile, the powers and public institutions, dedicate to foment discourses and campaigns that doesn't adjust to the social reality of the moment. The state's
agents sector, is the first responsable of the civic indebtedness, that with the labour precariousness, that we are living, make the line that separate us from povertry is every time thiner.
