Vote for IndyMedia in Epitaph Records charity!

Epitaph Records, a punk rock label based in California, is giving away $50,000 to charities at the end of this year, with amounts to be decided by the number of votes each charity gets on their site.

To vote, go to http://charity.epitaph.com and select IndyMedia from the list of charities on the right side of the page. You can vote every day, right up until the December 20th deadline. At the end of the voting period, the charities will have the $50,000 (US) divided up amongst them according to the number of votes each has recieved. IndyMedia is currently in the lead, so let's vote often to keep it that way. Currently, we are set to recieve $31,000 to the global fund, which would do a lot to help get new IMCs set up and to provide support to current IMCs in more impovershed countries, where funding and computers are much harder to get than here in the US or Canada.
