Open Call for the formation of a RACB Medical Bloc around the IMF & World Bank Meeting in Late September.

Calling all Anarchist , Communists, Anti Capital Activists of any shape size color or tendency with Medical Training.

For the Creation of a Direct Action Medical Bloc to appear in force during the Actions around The September 28 - October 4th IMF/WB Meetings

The Medical Bloc will:

Provide Support to the Black Bloc and it's tatical allies through the implementation and manning of Fast Response Medical Units. These Units will be equipped to deal with a wide variety of medical problems including: Tear Gas, Pepper Spray, Mace, as well as trauma induced by water cannons, blunt force instruments, trampling, and other minor to serious medical conditions that could be encountered during direct action.

The Medical Bloc intends to provide accurate and updated street map to all interested parties on a daily basis which will include but not be limited to, an analysis of police strongpoints, subway access points, barricade and security fencs positions and other points of knowledge which may be of use or interest to members of RACB.

The Medical Bloc proposes to offer cheap and effective eye protection to all interested by the purchase of cheap goggles to be distributed on site in the event tear gas is dispensed.

The Medical Bloc proposes to provide cheap and effective facial covering to all desiring it through on site distribution of bandannas in the event that facial covering is made illegal and as a resultant effect numerous protesters come unprepared.

The Medical Bloc proposes to deal with the logistics of fast extraction of all protesters who need medical attention to NON DC Hospitals so that they do not risk arrest while their condition is being treated.

The Medical Bloc proposes to defer all tatical decisions to the RACB as a whole and withstand from initiating conflict.

In the event that conflict occurs the Medical Bloc affirms it's revolutionary consciousness and pledges to support the ANY MEANS NECESSARY stance of The Black Bloc.

The Medical Bloc's Main agenda is to alleviate the suffering of any demonstrators affected by the "States Non-lethal weapon technology"

The Medical Bloc sees as a mutually important tatic the need to assist the Black Bloc in avoiding arrest and if necessary extracting arrested or detained members of the Black Bloc
