Au printemps 2006, après 10 ans de guerre populaire, les masses populaires népalaises ont mis fin au vieux régime monarchique. Depuis, la transition vers une république populaire a été interrompue. Tandis que le pays traverse une crise politique prolongée, la révolution de démocratie nouvelle est arrivée à un carrefour. Et la discussion fait rage dans les rangs du Parti communiste unifié du Népal (maoïste) et parmi les masses révolutionnaires à propos de la stratégie qui conduira à la victoire de la révolution. In 2006, after 10 years of People’s War, the Nepalese masses overthrew the monarchy. Since then, the transition towards a People's Republic was interrupted. While the country is facing a protracted political crisis, the New Democratic revolution is at a crossroads. And a sharp discussion is going on within the ranks of the Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) and among the revolutionary masses about the strategy to adopt that will lead to the victory of the revolution.
