Chaotic Insurrection Ensemble is looking for percussionists

Anonyme, Samedi, Octobre 9, 2010 - 17:50

The Chaotic Insurrection Ensemble, the Montreal activist marching band, is looking for percussionists, bass drum players, snare drum players, and all other drum players!

We play music during demonstrations as well as community and social events. We play for free, and we play for the fun of it! We make decisions by consensus and seek to ensure that our group is as inclusive as possible. Background experience don't matter; everyone is welcome to join the marching band! You just have to identify with the group mission, be flexible and want to take to the streets ...

Were also always looking for brass players, especially big heavy brass
players ...tuba, sousaphone, trombone ...

For more information on the band and to read our mission:

We practise on Sundays at 4:30. Write us at mir...@vichama.org if you're interested in honking with us!
