Artistes Anti Apartheid XIII est un concert marquant le lancement public
de la déclaration signée par 500 artistes de Montréal en 2010, unissant
des artistes provenant de disciplines diverses pour soutenir la croissante
campagne de boycott, désinvestissement et sanction en solidarité avec la
lutte pour la libération de la Palestine.

Tous les signataires de cette déclaration historique seront invités à se
rassembler avec le public. Le concert présentera une diversité d.artistes
qui ont signé la déclaration, et mettra l'accent sur les artistes
indigènes qui ont soutenu la Palestine à travers cette déclaration.

Avec les performances de:

* Samian

Artiste hip-hop algonquin Samian rappe sur la situation quotidienne des
Premières Nations vivant dans des "réserves" au Québec et rajoute une
corde à la communauté Hip-Hop de la province. Samian rappe sur le peuple
autochtone du Québec, dont le titre le plus célébre est La Paix des
Braves, en duo avec le groupe Loco Locass, qui lance un appel à la
solidarité entre les Québécois et Autochtones. Plus récemment, sa
collaboration avec le groupe Sans Pression autour de "Premières Nations"
lui a permis de solidifier son rôle en tant que voix clé sur la scène
Hip-Hop montréalaise. Samian est un signataire de la déclaration
d.Artistes Anti Apartheid publiée en hiver 2010. info:

* Amérythmes

Amérythmes se sont rencontrés pour la première fois lors de la cérémonie
d.ouverture du Oxfam International Youth Parliament en 2004 et depuis
lors, c'est le hip-hop qui les a maintenus ensemble. Ces cinq artistes
continue de collaborer en tant que collectif, jouant de la musique dans
les trois langues et les trois Amériques. 'Ame et Rhythmes' était le
premier album d'Amérythmes et est paru en 2007, depuis le groupe a
performé à plusieurs endroits et divers évènements, incluant le 3ième
Symposium du Hip-Hop Cubain à La Havane.

* Kalmunity Vibe Collective

Kalmunity Vibe Collective présentera the Jazz element to the collective
network, accompagné de divers instruments, percussions, guitar, bass,
voix, et autres. Kalmunity a capturé les esprits et les consciences du
public à travers la ville, en tant que réseau culturel proposant un espace
célébrant la justice sociale et innovation musicale. En tant que collectif
d'artistes locaux, ils sont dédiés à faire la promotion de l'art comme
moyen de communication et de militantisme social, politique, et de

Artists Against Apartheid XIII is a public concert launch in Montreal for
the collective letter signed by 500 artists in Montreal in 2010, uniting
artists from diverse disciplines to support the growing boycott,
divestment and sanctions campaign in solidarity with the Palestinian
struggle for liberation. All signatories to the historic declaration will
be invited to the gathering, along with the public. Concert will also
feature an array of artists that signed the letter, specifically
highlighting indigenous artists who backed the artist solidarity letter
for Palestine.

Algonquin hip-hop artist Samian raps about the realities of life on First
Nations reserves in Quebec and has a growing following on reserves and in
Quebec's cities, also striking a chord in hip-hop communities everywhere.
Samian raps on indigenous people in Quebec, whose chart-topping hit La
Paix des Braves, a duet with Quebec hip-hop crew Loco Locass, appeals for
solidarity between Québécois and indigenous people. More recently, his
collaboration with Sans Pression on 'Premières nations' has helped cement
his role as a key voice in the Montreal contemporary hip-hop scene. Samian
is a signatory to the Artists Against Israeli Apartheid declaration issued

* Amérythmes

Amérythmes first met at the opening ceremonies of the Oxfam International
Youth Parliament in 2004 and hip hop has kept them together ever since.
These five artists continue to collaborate as a collective, playing music
that spans three languages and the three americas. 'Ame et Rhythmes' was
the first album from Amérythmes and was launched in 2007, since then the
group has gone on to play at many venues and events, including the 3rd

* Kalmunity Vibe Collective

Kalmunity Vibe Collective will present the Jazz element to the collective
network, featuring multiple horn instruments, drums, percussion, vocals,
guitar, bass and additional music. Kalmunity has caught the minds and
consciousness of people throughout this city, as a cultural network
presenting a groundbreaking cultural space that celebrates social justice
and innovative musicality. As a collective of local artists, they are
dedicated to promoting and perpetuating the potential of art as a tool for
communication and activism for social, political and environmental
