What Could Happen To You In Montreal - Phyllis Carter's Journal

PHYLLIS CARTER, Samedi, Mai 29, 2010 - 09:46

Phyllis Carter

YOU ARE A LAW-ABIDING CANADIAN CITIZEN.
THERE IS A KNOCK AT YOUR DOOR.
IT'S THE POLICE !
YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU IN MONTREAL, CANADA.

My name is Phyllis Carter. I am a Canadian, a journalist, a person of a certain age on the calendar and in my bones, and a scrapper for justice. I am also a crime victim, a victim of the Montreal Police, and a victim of our Canadian Injustice System.

I have been fighting for justice in my own case since October 7, 1996, when I was attacked in my home and robbed of everything I had worked for all my life and everything left to me by my beloved husband. I told the police immediately who had robbed me.

The complication is this: A Montreal Policeman helped the thief that day and the police have been covering up ever since.

Dawn McSweeney is the person who robbed me of everything I worked for all my life and everything left to me by my beloved husband.

I do not want any money from anyone. I have been trying to get someone in authority to bring me justice. Perhaps if you read my story, you might think of something or someone who might help.

I have been begging for justice day and night for thirteen years, since I was attacked and robbed in my home at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal on October 7, 1996.

I am now 74 years old and fighting cancer. I have very little energy, but I am still fighting for the return of every precious thing that was stolen from me and from my family by Dawn McSweeney and her self-proclaimed "partners in crime."

After Dawn robbed me in October, 1996, she and her self-proclaimed "partners in crime" had complete control of my aged parents.

After my mother died in 2007, we learned that, in 1995, some of these "partners in crime" created a new will in my mother's name. At that time, my mother was 92 years old, and had been handicapped mentally and physically for many years. She had been kept in total isolation from everyone by this group for a decade.

All the children and grandchildren who were heirs in my parents' own wills, disappeared from this new will that gave all my parents' property and money to the "partners in crime" - specifically Dawn McSweeney, Debbie Rubin McSweeney and a total stranger named Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme, the same Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme who, never having met me or spoken to me, signed a document in 2007, requesting a court order against me, in which he declared that I was insane and dangerous.

A judge issued a court order against me in four minutes without ever speaking to me, without any medical evidcnce, without any witnesses - except the "partners in crime."

And the Montreal Police do nothing.

Marlene Jennings, MP and Russell Copeman MNA have both acknowledged that my rights had been violated.
