Jean-Loup Lapointe's case (part 1)

Arbitrary search refusal
Leads to four bullets

When
We're August 9, 2008. It is 7:10 p.m. Two MPD's officers slowly come by in their squad car. The man and the woman single out a young guy playing dice with friends.
Where
It is taking place in Montréal-Nord, province of Quebec, Canada. The cruiser is driving in the parking lot behind Henri-Bourassa arena, near the intersection of Pascal street and Rolland boulevard.
What
First off, there is the stopping of a 22 years old kid. The officers make a search attempt. The youth is resisting. The MPD member throws the young guy on the ground. His friends and some passerby come closer. Another 18 years old kid shouts 'leave my brother alone'. He tries to get in the way.
How
While the policeman holds the 22 years old on the ground, he kills the 18 years old. Constable Jean-Loup Lapointe fires four bullets in total and severely wounds two other people at the scene.
Why
The 18 years old, who died later because of his wounds, falls on his back and weeps. The 22 years old is forcibly seated in the cruiser. He shatters the back window. A journalist reports the speculation that it is because his hands are bound. That way the journal hints that this 22 years old with brown skin and from Honduran descent has an aggressive character. Whereas, the police just killed his brother.
