During the intraimperialist World War II, both the Nazis and their adversaries, the "Allies", used Nostradamus for their genocidal military propaganda. Now within global "World War III", definitely, the very same ideological interpretations could be made, including the "prophecies" of other apocalyptic texts. At any event, it is most interesting what Nostradamus and other natural and social scientists have to say about current world events. One thing is sure: from 2007 onwards we are heading straight for more nuclear wars of low intensity, and the terrorist use of all sorts of weapons of mass destruction.

As already under-lined in previous commentaries, at first, let us see what the "New Year" 2007 possibly could bring for mankind, for life on planet earth.

Among many other things, it seems that science fiction, religious prophecy, voodoo, hocus-pocus, natural science, socialist theory and transcendental philosophy, that Michel de Nostradame or Nostradamus, Maquiavelli, Thomas Hobbes, Karl Marx, Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Thomas Bearden and Michael Ruppert all agree in a single point: that we are facing imminent danger of future barbarism, probably the extinction of "civilization" as we know it until now.

Economic exploitation of billions of wage slaves; political domination, "full spectrum dominance", of global rebellious workers; social discrimination, racism, Zionism and Apartheid of more than ninety percent of mankind, especially in Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, Oceania and America; the current Euro-American universal, genocidal militarization against the "axis of evil", against Arab and other downtrodden peoples; devastating human alienation, especially directed against the innocent babies, the youth and workers in the metropoles; the general "zombization" of global society, that is, the total, totalitarian, authoritarian body, mind and thought control, via satellite, the Global Positioning System (GPS) system, the hundred thousands of spying and vigilant cameras of London, the mighty mass media and future implanted info-chips, ... all these mark the current capitalist dying culture, the belligerent self-destruction of life, the transition to earthly hell within the next decades to come.

The Bolivarian Revolution towards 2007

* Because ignorance is bliss for millions, what should the Bolivarian Revolution, the comrades, know about the above?

* It is fine that in 2006 the Venezuelan economy grew by 10.3 percent, that we are "sowing our oil" (Uslar Pietri), that we are standing day and night in long queues in front of the local assembly lines... not because of another oil sabotage desperately trying to fill our tanks with cheap gasoline, but ... to buy more expensive new cars, which will cause more traffic jams, will putrefy the fresh air of our tourist cities, all this just to satisfy the particular pecuniary desires of a new, rising, rich political class. Those Venezuelans who work for the minimum salary will never be able to afford to buy a new car for centuries to come.

* But against what is our revolution directed? Surely not against its popular base, against the workers of Venezuela". Is something going wrong somewhere?

* In the name of the popular electoral base of Venezuela, it is pertinent to ask, our "new socialism", new "socialist party" and new political class the following crucial question: Do all our current revolutionary efforts form the Negation of world capitalism? What are we really fighting against? Just against the "Anti-Christ", against "Marx"? Well, we will see what Nostradamus said about the current "Anti-Christ!.

* Without Marxist analysis and knowledge do we really have a minimum chance to survive the coming military, fascist apocalypse?

* Or, as Marx prophesied: Will we fade away in "an alliance between capital and labor·, together with our national and international bourgeoisies into barbarism?

It becomes clear that we are not facing a global, fascist, Orwellian future.

It is worse. Orwell and Huxley described it long ago already. The "Brave New World" is here to stay. Armageddon is globalizing itself long ago already. The Yankee Leviathan gave birth to the Bolivarian Revolution, to its own Negation. Its poisonous, choking tentacles and toxic tsunamis are already attacking and destroying our respiratory organs and systems , in order to relinquish forever Trotsky's dum spiro spero, as long as I breathe, I hope!

The transhistoric task of the Bolivarian Revolution is clear. The fiercest battle begins now: the battle for survival of the very Bolivarian Revolution itself, its emancipatory self-defense. However, it is not divine or messianic, it can fail, it can be betrayed. However, crossing the Rubicon is not a formal logical matter, an "either capitalism or socialism", an "either socialism or barbarism" situation. We are in the epicenter of barbarism already, we have to get out of this corporate quagmire, we need an exodus, an "exvolution". We have to know the truth about current global reality and its dangers for Venezuela.

The Bolivarian Revolution was born to be the socialist vanguard, the serpentine path of human emancipation. This is the reason why world fascism is attacking it so viciously. Furthermore, there is only one scientific and philosophic socialism, the negation of capitalism. Economically, this was explained in eight volumes of economic theory that compose Marx's Capital in its totality. It is worth studying their revolutionary essence, including the contributions of Lenin and Trotsky, before we continue the decisive final discussions about our "united socialist party" which the majority of us still consider that it should be Christian and "not Marxist".

What is really a united, unifying socialist party, the real class struggle in Venezuela will verify very soon. It is not something that could be implemented from above, by decree.

Already finding ourselves in the bellicose epicenter of the boiling Yankee and Israeli cauldron of mass destruction is sufficient reason for serious revolutionary reflections. Our task is immense, is gigantic. It is in our own global, globalized class interest to make the revolution, it is our emancipatory responsibility towards humanity.

As President Hugo Chavez said it: We do not have the luxury of a choice, we can only win. Anything else, is the end of humanity as we know it.

In fact, the real social revolution in Venezuela is very young, it has just begun, it is incomplete, it can be deviated towards reformist abysses paved with gentlemen agreements and class alliances to the detriment of millions of Venezuelan workers and peasants, in a nut-shell, it can even be nipped in the bud.

Nothing is sure in transhistoric contradictory forces. Only we, by means of global, globalized class struggle, perhaps still could stop the ongoing apocalyptic social barbarism.

Now, let us look at some real, tangible, global dangers. Let us spotlight some apocalyptic sparks that could set ablaze the whole global prairies from 2007 onwards!

Thomas Bearden: the 2007 Deadline!

On January 10, 2005, in an article that I will summarize below, I made our readers aware of the coming dangers in 2007, caused by an unnecessary energy crisis, as expounded by Thomas Bearden. Long ago already scientifically he explained the capitalist, corporate, energetic reasons for the establishment of the current "Fourth Empire" and why the issues at stake are so urgent for the survival of the current "world order", for "world peace."

Unless an economic miracle would occur soon, Bearden predicted the global effects of an inevitable, inexorable collapse of the US economy, and therewith of the international world market as follows:

"The resulting great Armageddon will destroy civilization as we know it, and perhaps most of the biosphere, at least for many decades.

My personal estimate is that ... beginning about 2007 ... on our present energy course we will have reached an 80% probability of this 'final destruction of civilization itself' scenario occurring at any time, with the probability slowly increasing as time passes. One may argue about the timing, slide the dates a year or two, etc., but the basic premise and general time frame holds. We face not only a world economic crisis, but also a world destruction crisis."

Well, we have passed the critical year, 2003, and now in 2007 onwards the following is awaiting us:

"The 2003 date appears to be the critical "point of no return" for the survival of civilization as we have known it. Reaching that point, say, in 2005 will not solve the crisis in time, and the collapse of the world economy as well as the destruction of civilization and the biosphere will still almost certainly occur, even with the solutions in hand. ... So about seven years or so from now, we will enter the period of the threat of the Final Armageddon, unless we do something very, very quickly now, to totally and permanently solve the present "electrical energy from oil crisis."

Nostradamus: The Age of Tribulations (2007 - 2012)

What did Nostradamus prophesy for 2007 onwards?

We will just quote from an impressive internet document, to give our readers an idea of transhistoric body, mind and thought control. However, cum grano salis, the question remains, how could Nostradamus have known certain things that he definitely predicted?

On May 2004, members of the Italian National Library in Rome in their archives discovered a manuscript supposedly written by the famed prophet Michel de Nostradame, or Nostradamus (1503-1566). It is extremely difficult to prove the authenticity of this "code", also to give its contents a scientific interpretation. However, for the fun of it, we will quote extensively below:

"Crazed leader launches nuclear bombs on Mediterranean and Europe

(Century II, Quatrains 3 and 4)

During a period of continuing unrest, the leader of a Middle Eastern country will be able to obtain a nuclear weapon. He will go to the greatest lengths over the smallest things and will not hesitate to use the weapon because of his obsessions with deadly warfare. The people he is warring against retaliate with a nuclear weapon. The country has a coast on the Mediterranean.

One of the bombs will land in the Mediterranean instead of the land, poisoning all the fish. The passages of trade in the region will be disrupted so that the people on the other coast will be desperate for food and will eat the fish anyway. It will happen near the east coast of the Mediterranean in a region of dark-colored cliffs.

The nuclear weapon being dropped by one of the Middle Eastern countries will spark off yet another war on top of that war. European nations will try to interfere to diminish the threat to oil supplies. When the European countries try to interfere, the crazed leader will use the rest of his arsenal on Europe, most striking the Italian Peninsula."

Natural ecological disasters, HAARP in action?

"Volcanoes, earthquakes, floods, droughts

A very bright, previously unknown comet will appear and coincide with the time of great geological troubles, with earthquakes and volcanoes erupting and disrupting weather systems. This will cause widespread famines, droughts, and social upheavals in unexpected places. Nations that are considered prosperous and powerful, particularly western nations, will be weakened. They will be torn with civil strife and rioting as people migrate to areas that have water and can support crop-growing. The social upheaval and weakening of political structures will help the Antichrist come to power.

The United States in particular will be subject to serious natural disasters, particularly earthquakes and flooding, and flatten the nation from end to end, causing enormous conflict, despair, and misery. The US will be bankrupted attempting to deal with its disasters. Three other great nations will send aid to help the citizens survive."
Chavez?

(Century III, Quatrain 60)

A "young dark man" will arise as a leader in a Third World country; his main goal is to unite the other Third World countries to do battle with the superpowers. The area of conflict will be in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, particularly around the Adriatic and the Caspian seas and Israel. No definite winner will emerge but the strife will help set the stage for the Antichrist. Many prophecies in the Bible refer to events in this region.
Antichrist profits from radar research in Europe

(Century I, Quatrain 6)

Research on a more sophisticated type of radar and sensing devices will give greater information to the operator, i.e. an airplane pilot. But the first experiments with the technology will fail in a disastrous accident, when the vibrations emitted by the device cause the chassis of the plane to become weakened and dangerous. The scientists involved with the research will have to temporarily abandon the research because of diplomatic breakdowns, the threat of war, etc.

This will take place before the Antichrist comes to full power. It will happen in Europe at the time the Antichrist is strengthening his base of power in the Middle East. The devices are currently under development but have not been tested yet. But this is another historical event that will permit the Antichrist to take over Europe."

This is sufficient to demonstrate how texts of the Dark Ages of the Spanish Inquisition are being used for modern war propaganda in the Goebbels and Goering Nazi style. Nonetheless a very careful open minded scientific study of such prophetic scriptures could reveal many a contemporary apocalyptic tendency and latency, could even warn us in time.

George Orwell: Big Brother Is Watching You!

But, what did Orwell tell us about all this?

On September 22nd, 2000, by highlighting the political core of George Orwell's famous book "1984" I sketched the historic latency of the inexorable forward march of the "revolution", of the incomplete "French Revolution·, of the coming of globalized world fascism in our time:

Concerning future CIA "psy-op" campaigns of the 21st century, especially in the field of media-manipulation, of distorting language and communication, with scientific precision Orwell informed us about the current "Newspeak", about Winston Smith's global human tragedy but also about other criminal plans of "Big Brother", viz, of world fascist corporatism:

"The Revolution (sic!) will be complete, when the language is perfect. ... By the year 2050, at the very latest, not a single human being will be alive, who could understand such a conversation as we are having now." (p.47).

Winston immediately wanted to mention an exception, that the proletariat will still understand us, but the Party member suspects his train of thought and instantly says:

"The proles are not human beings." (p. 47)

So we see, the rulers have never considered the poor or the workers as human beings; all they considered human along "history" were only themselves. Aristotle considered them to be "speaking-tools"; Big Brother considers them here to be "newspeak-tools".

In general, concerning neo-Nazi government propaganda and capitalist lies and in particular, concerning what political and sociological "think tanks" say in the mass media, in Eurasia or even in Oceania "there was more food, more clothes, more houses, more furniture, ... everybody and everything was whizzing rapidly upwards." (p.52). What they do not say is that more production, over-production, (that is, stagnation in the processes of consumption and realization of capital) is the main cause of severe capitalist crises, of the bellicose destruction of capital and infrastructures, of current fascist world wars.

Still being a true "New Socialist", a "Reformer", a "Marxist", a humanitarian fighter who wants to change the system from within, Winston writes:

"If there is hope, it lies in the proles" (S.60).

In fact, how Big Brother, how Globalization, how the transition towards a new socialism, how post-industrial society would complete the process of controlling the proles, Winston himself gets a bitter taste of it:

"We shall crush you down to the point, from which there is no coming back. ... Never again will you be capable of ordinary human feeling. Everything will be dead inside you.

Never again will you be capable of love, or friendship, or joy of living, or laughter, or curiosity, or courage, or integrity. You will be hollow. We shall squeeze you empty, and then we shall fill you with ourselves." (p.211).

Then O'Brien, the Party member, explains the "world of fear and treachery", of Capitalism of the 21st Century to Winston:

"A world of fear and treachery and torment, a world of trampling and being trampled upon, a world which will grow not less but MORE merciless, as it refines itself. Progress
in our world will be progress towards more pain. ... In our world, there will be no emotions except fear, rage, triumph and self-abasement. Everything else we shall destroy." (p.220).

This is an excellent description of today's life on a world scale. And when Winston claims to be a "man", a human being, O'Brien corrects him:

"If you are a man, Winston, you are the last man. Your kind is extinct - we are the inheritors. Do you understand, that you are ALONE? You are outside history, you are non-existent." (p.222).
In total capitulation, finally Winston asks:

"Tell me, how soon will they shoot me?"

Cynically, O'Brien answers:

"...Don't give up hope, ... in the end, we shall shoot you."
(p.226).

Well, Saddam Hussein has just bitten into this bitter apple. This is a Washington warning to all other leading "young dark men".

We are living on the eve of the Orwellian Present! In Big Brother's Present Millennium! Nobody needs to dream anymore about any "Orwellian Future"! The "New American Century" is here. For that matter, it is unnecessary to worry about any Future at all! Big Brother, the Illuminati, the Rulers, the World State, the Brave New World, the New World Order, All-In-One, as the One "controls the past, controls the future; (and) who controls the present, controls the past."

Mind and Thought Control are essential parts of this Total Control, Totalitarian Control. In many things, Marx might have been proven wrong, but in one thing, he certainly hit the nail on the head: he himself had predicted today's barbarism. In a foot-not in his famous work, Capital, he stated that Capital came into the world dripping from head to foot blood and dirt; as such it will eventually die. According to our our erudite reformist scholars for more than two millennia, on a global scale, the objective and subjective factors were permanently present and ripe for capitalist and imperialist transformation, but never for socialism or Marxism.

In Venezuela in 2002 unexpected things happened twice already, nobody and nothing could have forecast them, hence, we have to be beware of Marxist socialism. The Bolivarian Revolution, as tip of the global emancipatory ice-berg, as Marxist vanguard, has a unique emancipatory task to realize: to give scientific and philosophic Marxist emancipation its true possibility. It is probable that this could be the very first and last real chance of international and solar materialization of socialism and communism, of creation and emancipation. .

Michael Ruppert: Peak Oil and Global Depression

On July 25, 2005, in a commentary "Workers of the World ... at its Peak ... for whom does the oil bell toll?", I underlined the relevance of the phenomenon of "Peak Oil" within the context of the "unnecessary energy crisis" (Bearden) which is generating the current and coming abominable world wars.

The oil industry expert, Jan Lundberg, introduces Peak Oil as follows: "The end of abundant, affordable oil is in sight, and the implications are colossal. About now in our hydrocarbon phase of human history, we have pulled out of the Earth approximately half of the available petroleum (crude oil and natural gas). The other half still in the ground is harder to extract and may not -- as assumed -- fuel the global economy or even provide a transition to another phase…"

What is the relation of "Peak Oil" and the year 2007?

According to an article published in the "Scientific American" of March 1998, by Dr. Colin Campbell and Jean Laherrere "...one fact is indisputable: when the Middle East peaks between 2006 and 2020 the world will have passed peak oil, and oil prices will commence to climb irreversibly until recoverable oil reserves are exhausted within 50 years."

Other sources, like the "Business Magazine" of November 7, 2004, inform us that a senior oil industry executive, Francis Harper of BP "expects global oil production to peak between 2010 and 2020."

The USA, with it's "mini-population" as compared to that of Asia, consumes a quarter of global oil energy, and the energetic demand of fast growing economies like China and India will soon surpass the consumption of the traditional metropolitan industrial countries. For this very reason, at this very moment, real trouble, "hard choices" (McNamara) is brewing on the Mid-Eastern and Far-Eastern military horizons.

The exact predictability of peak oil gets complicated, but given, that all big oil discoveries themselves peaked 40 years ago, the panorama for Venezuela and OPEC is not bright at all, never mind the upgrading of huge reserve figures all over. Expressed in a different manner, for every four barrels that we consume today, we only discover one. And, as Fidel Castro indicated in an interview a while ago, it is much easier to discover an elephant on the horizon than an ant. All the current small findings, in Guyana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Suriname or elsewhere, in no way approximate the size of the long ago discovered giant oil findings, like the Ghawar fields in Saudi Arabia, that produce eight million barrels a day, and which have peaked already.

What awaits us, the Australian politician Andrew McNamara portrayed as follows: "For some alternative energy sources, such as ethanol, far more energy is expended in planting, fertilizing, growing, harvesting and processing than its end product renders. No other energy source can fly planes or drive heavy trucks and machinery. Further, most of the world's fertilizer is now made from natural gas, and most of the world's pesticide is made from oil. As fuel prices double and then double again in the years after the peak, we will be faced with some very hard choices in the fields of agriculture, food distribution and transport generally."

According to Michael Ruppert and his Peak Oil crew:

"The political fact, however, is that global inertia in response to Peak has driven our species, all of it, past the point of no return. There is no changing course for us. We have committed to a path of bloody destruction that can no longer be postponed or evaded."

Concerning the sacrifice of Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein, of the current "path of bloody destruction," Ruppert informed us further: "Battlefield intelligence is a different critter. It presupposes that there is nothing more important than the battle that has been joined at this moment. If the battle is not won, there are no future choices. Hence nothing matters other than the war that is being fought today. No Yaltas or Potsdams; no future deep cover moles will be needed."

He continued to say:

"Every country in the world is betting everything it has on this one hand knowing that after 2007 or 2008 the game ends. The map of the future after that is unknowable and, to large extent, irrelevant. That's why Rumsfeld has won the battle to control American intelligence operations and why the new National Intelligence Director John Negroponte is getting the job."

Meanwhile, Rumsfeld has become history, and Bush is on his way to fade away into political oblivion. What will remain is globalization, world fascism.None of these war criminals will be executed for genocidal crimes, this is bourgeois democratic justice and impunity.

Whether we believe it or not, countries like China are taking the apocalyptic warnings seriously, they are already preparing themselves for the coming collapse of the US economy, of the US dollar, of the world economic market, as a result of the unnecessary energy crisis, of Peak Oil.

Ruppert informed us that China is currently experiencing massive shortages of coal to power its electrical generation and that it is already "buying and hoarding 60% of the world's commodities: (Oil, Cement, Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, Manganese, Steel, Coal, Gold, Silver, etc.). It has bought so much cement that it has caused a slowdown in US construction. Last year it bought 90% of the world's steel output and shipped it to China."

Yes, soon there won't be enough fuel for the globalized transport of such heavy things, nor, presumably, for their industrial exploitation. Ruppert warned that the world may also be at war shortly, further endangering international trade and transport."

Meanwhile Ruppert himself fled from the USA, has been poisoned, and in now under urgent medical treatment in Toronto.

THE US DOLLAR IN DEATH AGONY

The world economic depression is strangulating the United States economy, it is strangling the dollar, is booting it off the world market as an hegemonic currency.

The attack on the dollar is three-pronged.

Firstly, as a result of its international militarization and wars, of its trillions of internal and external debts and of its trillions of fiscal deficit, the USA as a collosal parasite needs to suck up to four billions of foreign petrodollar reserves a day to survive. Irak changed from the greenback to the euro, this was the death sentence of Saddam Hussein. Now, in 2007, Iran will do likewise. It is adding another nail to the greenback¡s coffin. More global reserve banks move to the euro, the dollar is sinking further into the cellar of the world market.

1) Iran and euros

According to Agence France-Presse "on Monday, Iranian government spokesman Gholam Hossein Elham told news reporters: "The [Iranian] government has ordered the central bank to replace the dollar with the euro…in commercial transactions," repeating exactly what Saddam Hussein did in September 2000. Lest there be any misunderstanding, Elham went on to say: "Foreign income sources and oil revenues will be calculated in euros, and we will receive them in euros in order to put an end to our dependence on the dollar."

Now less dollars are in demand, and the value of the dollar will sink permanently.

2) US Ban on melting and export of coin

Secondly, the US Mint now bans the melting down and exporting of pennies and nickels.The metallic value of these coins is now greater than the coin's face value. Lee Rogers, editor of the Funny Money Report, says:

"They [i.e., US Mint officials] claim that they are imposing these rules because they don't want certain individuals who melt down coins taking advantage of the American tax payer. It isn't the people who are melting down the pennies and nickels that are taking advantage of the American tax payer. Those people are just trying to protect themselves from the stupidity of the Federal Reserve that continues to destroy our currency. The Federal Reserve is the very reason why the melt value of these coins has risen beyond their face value. "

3) Increasing government control

Finally, this is the crux of this restriction:

VENEZUELA: HAPPY NEW YEAR 2007

Of course, we have no intention to put a new "writing on the Israeli wall of woe", to paint the New Year in the colors of death, this the USA, Europe and Israel are doing every seconds, since decades, even since centuries already.

We are only trying to link up the threads of global reality, to remind ourselves of the competitive savage operations of corporate imperialism, and to indicate the immediate dangers lurking around the corner in 2007.

Generally, as oppressed peoples, if suddenly all our political dreams come true in capitalism, in democracy, then we have all the reasons in the world to worry, to check where something went wrong. In Venezuela, to win eleven elections in a row against neo-liberalism and world fascism, is a warning for the Bolivarian Revolution, for our coming "united socialist party". If the Latin American United Nations soldiers of our Chilean, Uruguayan, Bolivian and Brazilian friends are killing innocent women and children in Haiti, in the name of Uncle Sam, then we better select our comrades more carefully, or teach them true "Christian socialism". At any event, revolutionary critique is always constructive, protects and defends the class interests of the poorest of the poor, of the Haitians, of the "parasites" and "tin-collectors" of this world. Who forgets the human interests of the billions of downtrodden peoples on the globe in 2007 is not worth to be a socialist, a Christian, a democrat, a Bolivarian, a Marxist.

However, let us not betray our own daydreams of youth, that is, Marxist praxis and theory, if creativity is the music, the food of love, then let us play on in Venezuela, otherwise, our children and grandchildren will experience hell on earth:
