OPEN LETTER TO STEPHEN SCHOLTZ CIBC OMBUDSMAN

Anonyme, Mercredi, Avril 5, 2006 - 12:01

Jorge Torrealba

I REPORT IN INDYMEDIA WORLDWIDE AN OBVIOUS THEFT OF MY ACCOUNT ON JANUARY 26, 2006 BY SOMEBODY IN THE STAFF OF PRESIDENT CHOICE FINANCIAL, AFFILIATED TO THE CIBC BANKING MULTINATIONAL COMPLEX. MY PROTEST WAS COVERED UP TO THE LEVEL OF THE OMBUDSMAN, WHERE I WAS GIVEN A NEGATIVE REPLY FULL OF GENERALITIES, FALSE INTERNAL TESTIMONY, INNUENDO AND DISREGARD FOR THE FACTUAL EVIDENCE. THE CIBC OMBUDSMAN PROVED TO ME TO BE A PUBLICITY GIZMO THAT IS THE SUMMIT OF THE ESCALATING COVER-UP FROM SUPERVISORS, THROUGH THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT UNTIL THE SECETARIAT OF STEPHEN SCHOLTZ. I AM PUBLICLY INVITING HIM TO REMEMBER HIS ETHICAL MANDATE AND RETURN ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH PCF ON JANUARY 26, 2006, PLUS DAMAGES AND LEGAL COSTS THAT INCREASE AS TIME GOES BY.

FOREIGN SHAREHOLDERS OF CIBC MUST FOLLOW VERY CLOSELY THIS WORLDWIDE EXPOSURE WE ARE JUST BEGINNING. THROUGH THE ALTERNATIVE PRESS OF THE WORLD.

The evident theft (proven beyond a shadow of a doubt within the parameters of the jurisprudence of Canada and our Charter of Rights) that I report here is part of the fraud of globalization, which is robbing Canadians and the world over, all the sovereign wealth of all Nations. Since Mulroney in Canada and Reagan in the USA most governments owned by the Dictatorship of Washington do not respect, nor do they force multinationals to respect, the domestic legislation on Social and Human rights. (Remember the recent closure of a Wal-Mart because the employees succeeded to unionize? Remember how Reagan destroyed the Air Traffic Controllers´ Union, during their legal strike?). The Banking monopoly and others have clients signing the surrender of all their social and human rights, if one wishes to open an account. If you refused to sign, no bank in the monopoly would open you an account. You are forced to sign your rights away under duress. This duress is a transgression of our Charter of Human Rights. This is the legal stuff invoked by CIBC, which is disrespectful of the Charter of Human Rights. (These violations are committed by utilities, telephone companies, cable companies, internet providers, etc.). With that unconstitutional legal stuff all banks invade the privacy of your business relations, and intrude in the management of your business. This legal stuff grants the monopolies endless permissions, latitudes and intrusions to invade your privacy, the confidentiality of your business relationships and the ownership of the money in your account. CIBC is God Almighty! We must all bow, in spite of the respectable and equitable jurisprudence of Canada.
It is time that our Parliament would take a good look at the conduct of Global Monopolies such as the Banking Establishment which has Canadian names but belong to tycoons abroad. The red tape recording the theft of my account is presently at the office of the OBSI (Ombudsman of the whole Banking Monopoly of Canada. Email: ombu...@obsi.com. He is accountable to the House of Commons). Members of Parliament may obtain all this documentation through the “access to information act
