HARPER'S HIDDEN AGENDA

Anonyme, Jeudi, Mars 16, 2006 - 20:45

Jorge Torrealba

DURING THE CAMPAIGN THE CONSERVATIVE GURUS, THE SPIN DOCTORS AND THE MULTINATIONAL PROPAGANDA MANAGED TO RIDICULE THE OTHER PARTIES THAT SPOKE OF MR. HARPER’S HIDDEN AGENDA. WE ARE NOW FINDING OUT THAT THE PRESENT OPPOSITION WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.

Harper was crystal clear in matters of ethics, as applied to the corruption of the liberals. Now in the Prime Minister Office he lures a former liberal minister to a ministerial post and puts in the Senate a patronage friend as minister, not accountable to Parliament. He has shown the contempt of the Office of the Prime Minister for the Commissioner of Ethics, appointed by Parliament where the Conservatives voted in favor of the nomination of the Commissioner.

The above is nothing. A known lobbyist selling armaments to our Armed Forces was appointed Minister of Defense and he has sent our troops to head crimes of war in Afghanistan, initiated by Bush on false representation to the Senate, the Congress and the peoples of the World. Mr. Harper has joined the many heads of State that are reporting to Washington, under the command of Bush, and other criminals of war in that Capital. Never in the history of Canada, have our troops been sent to such a shameful and degrading mission. Bush has spoken; Harper has delivered. Our noble soldiers, heroes of past global conflicts, are being forced by Harper to join and lead an international horde of hooligans and assassins. Our military personnel deserve respect, not this form of contempt and global humiliation from our fascist government.

Canada highly respected all over the world has become another aggressor of the Arab Oil. Our cities – for the first time – are in peril because of the subservience of Harper to the supreme criminal of war, George W. Bush, who is repudiated by a large majority of the American people.

His new Ambassador to the White House, Mr. Wilson, speaks of negotiating the lumber issue, when Washington is robbing our lumberjacks and the five billion stolen should be already paid, or we should put reciprocal tariffs in our trade to the USA. The Free Trade Agreement was unilaterally broken by Washington, and it is now null and void because of that action.

Parliament has not met yet since the election, but the Prime Minister has already betrayed Canada worst than Mulroney. At the end of his minority mandate, we may become officially the 51st State. What would happen if he was re-elected with a majority government?

The only party that offered a representative democratic government was the NDP, on a proven record of democratic service to Canada. Where were we that could not hear something so simple, democratic and clear? Multinational money talked loud in our TV, and the fascist propaganda drowned democracy in Canada.
