Les nouvelles armes de la police suisse (2003) was produced by a media activist with Indymedia Bern in Switzerland just before the G8 Summit in Evian, and includes a "post-G8" update.

This film focuses on the fast-growing world of "non-lethal" weaponry being tested and deployed by most of Switzerland's police forces, such as the controversial pellet rifles which nearly cost a Geneva journalist his eye, electrical constraint systems such as the "air-taser" gun being tested in certain cantons, "robo-cop" armours, "Gümmigeschoss" rubber bullet launchers, and a panoply of grenades with varying effects. Dramatic footage from various confrontations is contrasted with reassuring statements by police representatives as Geneva prepares for a summit that marks it to this day.

IMC-Cancun
Length: 58 minutes

A documentary realized during the September 2003 World Trade Organisation (WTO) summit in Cancun, Mexico, by over a dozen video collectives from around the world joining their forces at the Cancun Independent Media Centre.

This feature documents the many diverse actions and protests which shook the WTO's fifth ministerial summit in the resort town of Cancun. The efforts of popular movements, activist groups, NGOs, farmers, independent collectives and free media were indeed crucial in derailing the summit. WTO member countries were unable to come to agreement on key subjects, which meant an instant victory for the global justice movement confronting the WTO and its policies.
