First a little heads up on the case. During this case the judge defined the words "individual/natural person" [this is how they see you and I, not what you and I are] and "person"

"Indivudual/natural person" in the fiction world means people where person means corporation/entity/thing.

Here is the key to what the judge said as part of this case in order for him to make a determination in that case. The case itself is immaterial, it is what the judge had to do as part of that case stated here that matters to you and I. Anything in [ ] is for emphasis only.

"If it is within the power of parliament or provincial legislative bodies to create [parens patrie] such entities [corporations/things], it is also within the power of parliament and legislative bodies to limit [limited liability, limited freedom, rights] their powers and rights"

Now the judge also refered to the Cdn. Bill of Human rights, wherein he defined how those under statue see people as individuals or natural persons.

Now read carefully what the judge stated as quoted above. He is telling you that anything created by guv may be controlled by guv but made no mention of people, in fact went as far to say elsewhere that people are not corporations and that people have rights much higher than corps. The key to read in the judges quote is that if parliament created it it can control it. Now you have to ask yourself, did the government create me? No, therefore does the guv have the power to limit your power or rights? Absolutely not thats the reason for the Cdn. Bill of rights. Not to indicate to you what rights you have but to indicate to limited liability parties what your rights are and that they must be respected. Give respect where respect is due. Let the living do business with the living and the dead with the dead.

You are free if you make the choice to be, otherwise you are acting as a person and as we all know, you are deemed/presumed to be under the power and control of guv and your rights and freedoms limited.

I hope you people grasp the totality of the judges quote. People who know who they are people and who act like people [in line with Fathers wishes and the lead Jesus showed] are not and have never been under the control of anyone but yourself and your conscience. Who ever or what ever did [the province do that] is liable for what it created, end of story. s. 22 F.A.A. provides the remedy for the STATE for the act of what it created; you have to let them know you know or the presumption you are the debtor stands. The aformentioned case law proves it and supports the concept, people created corporations and there is an accepted maxim based on common sense that says; "the invented cannot control the inventor", in fact the judge in the aforementioned case law indicated that in another way. He indicated people form or create corporations an admission who the creators are.

So you see; freedom comes from within, all one has to do is know who he is and take the stand under knowing who you is.

Oh, by the way. We met with the bankruptcy trustee I told you we were meeting. She agreed completely that people do in fact have an equity claim as a result of paying the debts for the STRAWMAN. You see; when an entity enters into bankruptcy it turns over all of its assets and has no more debts now. Guess what; the STATE already holds all the assets through registration and since that is the fact, the value must be returned to the equity claimant because the STATE itself is a trustee. Your STRAWMAN is only kept alive/avoiding civil death because we keep it alive by being the surety for it and ultimately its creator the STATE.
