Dec 2: Paul Martin $1000-a-head cocktail party @ QueenE Hotel

Anonyme, Samedi, Novembre 8, 2003 - 15:37

The Liberals already have more money than all the opposition parties combined but this coporate event is expected to put another one million dollars (!) in their coffers before the expected spring elections. Maybe it's time to crash the party?

This guy has raised more than any other leadership candidate in the history of Canada. And since the "leadership race" was a complete farce almost all of the money he raised will simply go into the coffers of the Liberal party.

By the time the Liberal Leadership race is over, Martin will most likely have raised more money than the entire Liberal Party of Canada spent in the 2000 elections.

The Liberals already have more money than all the opposition parties combined.

But this is not enough for Martin. He is giving a cocktail party for all his corporate buddies who are spending $1000-a-head to get the PM's ear. The event is expected to raise $1 000 000 for the Liberals.

Maybe it's time to crash the party?

Paul Martin CSL madness!
