PAUL MARTIN : SUSPECTED MAD POLITICIAN DISEASE CARRIER
** A DANGER TO GLOBAL SECURITY **

Like the infamous George W. Bush and his sidekick Tony Blair, Canada's own Paul Martin has displayed symptoms of a highly dangerous and apparently contagious virus known to some as the Mad Politician Disease (MPD) and to others as the West Null Virus. In the acute stages of the disease, carriers are prone to compulsive excessive accumulation of capital, in pursuit of which they have wreaked havoc across the globe,leaving a trail of death, destruction and exploitation, most recently in Afghanistan and Iraq. Similar situations of pillage and oppression in Turtle Island (indigenous North America), Palestine, the Philippines, Columbia and the entire African continent - to name but a few - are also linked to this vicious disease. White men over forty appear to be the highest risk group.

Grave concern has been triggered by the re-emergence
of the "Star Wars" strain of the virus, manifesting as a truly sick desire to put weapons in space in order to support the mad plans for global domination.

*Characteristics of the Star Wars strain of Mad Politician Disease (MPD):

Commitment to the US-led Missile Defence Plan, an offensive multi-billion dollar scheme in which interceptor missiles would beguided by satellites and positioned on bases on the land and at sea - and eventually space. A new version of veteran MPD carrier Ronald Reagan's ludicrous Star Wars defence shield (hence the name), this project promises to consolidate the oppressive strength of the American Empire (inside and outside Fortress North America)while endangering the security, lives and well-being of millions, in every part of the globe.

Martin has asserted that if he were elected as prime minister, he would not hesitate to move forward with Canadian involvement in National Missile Defense. Showing a characteristic disregard for the security of most of the
world's population, Canadian military corporations like CAE have already secured lucrative missile defense contracts. "What possible benefit is it for us to stay away from the table?" Martin asked reporters. Note the use of "us". **Identification with the interests of militar corporations and other multimillionaires ("us") is a key symptom of Star Wars MPD.**

A red alert for Mad Politician Disease Carrier Defence Minister John McCallum has also been issued, after he asserted that Canadian security would be served by National Missile Defense.**Confusing the word "security" with "global domination with an iron fist" is another key symptom of Star Wars MPD.**

TREATMENT IS POSSIBLE (they don't have to go to the
slaughter-house)!
However, Martin must remain in quarantine until he begins to display the following signs of improvement:

* Opposing the National Missile Defence Plan and working to end all existing Canadian involvement (corporate and military) in the project.

* Beginning to use the term "security" in its proper meaning and application; i.e. freedom from fear, anxiety and exposure to danger for all people, whatever their race, gender and class.

* Ceasing to identify exclusively with the excessively wealthy, and beginning to show concern and human feeling for marginalised people in Canada and around the world.
