Avec l'intensification de la guerre ici et ailleurs depuis le 11 septembre
2001, légitimée par les discours de sécurité nationale des élites
politiques, la machine de guerre capitaliste et impérialiste est en pleine
expansion. Les anarchistes ont une forte tradition de résistance face aux
guerres, et cette tradition continue avec les mobilisations et résistances
récentes des anarchistes contre la guerre en Irak. Cependant, quels sont
nos liens avec le mouvement anti-guerre, mis en sandwich entre, d'un coté,
les libéraux, et de l'autre, les gauchistes autoritaires? Quelles sont les
tactiques qui ont été utilisées par les différents groupes et tendances
anarchistes? Comment peut- on confronter l'empire plus efficacement?
Quelles analyses peut-on faire de la machine de guerre du 21ème siècle et
du mouvement anti-guerre contemporain?

With the intensification of the war at home and abroad, legitimized by the
paranoid national security discourses of political elites since September
11th, 2001, the capitalist and imperialist war machine is undergoing a
full expansion. Anarchists have a long tradition of resisting wars, and
that continues with the recent mobilization and resistance by anarchists
to the ongoing war on Iraq. Yet how do we relate to the growing anti-war
movement, book-ended as it is by liberals on the one side and
authoritarian leftists on the other? What tactics have been used by
different anarchist groups and tendencies? How can we confront the empire
more effectively? What analysis can be made about the 21st century war
machine and the contemporary anti-war movement?
