Final details by the transportation/housing/finances CLACoons of the Anti-Capitalist Convergence (CLAC 2010) & le Regroupement anti-G20 étudiant (RAGE) concerning transportation and housing to Toronto for the anti-G20 protests.

TRANSPORTATION TO TORONTO FROM MONTREAL:

Our deadline to reserve a space on our buses to Toronto was this past Sunday. If you reserved before our deadline, you will have received a confirmation by e-mail. Be sure to note your confirmation code and the other details in that e-mail.

We have nine full buses to Toronto from Montreal, but we have a few spaces left, as well as a WAITING LIST for bus spaces and hopefully in some cars. If you want transportation on our buses and (potential) cars to Toronto, please e-mail tran...@gmail.com and ask to reserve a place.

We will keep our waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining spaces are ONLY for the 6am departure on Friday, June 25. You will receive an e-mail with your waiting list number as well as the departure point. Also be sure to include the following info if you require housing: - Do you require housing in Toronto? For how many people? Do you have any special needs? Can you sleep in a tent and sleeping back outdoors in a back yard?

We will only take last-minute transportation requests for our waiting list until Thursday, June 24 at midnight. Please note that it will cost $20 to reserve a space on the buses, which you should pay in cash at departure.

CARS TO TORONTO:

Are you driving to Toronto on Friday, June 25? Do you have exra spaces in your car? If so, please get in touch at tran...@gmail.com. We are hoping that people in cars can join our departure at 6am or 6pm on FRIDAY, JUNE 25 to help offer spots for our expected overflow.

We will be several hundred converging on Toronto from Montreal (upwards of 800 on our buses and in autonomous) organized by the Anti-Capitalist Convergence (CLAC 2010) & the Regroupement anti G20 étudiant (RAGE).

See you on the streets of Toronto, and back here on the streets and in the neighborhoods of Montreal.
