New York City events and demonstrations

Join the Seattle Solidarity March in Resistance to the World Economic Forum meeting in NYC.

The WEF is an exclusive meeting of the world's business elite to
decide your future - and you're not invited. Another world is possible and it's not for sale! We especially encourage all forms of creative resistance: puppets, street theatre, signage, jamming, spoken word, instruments, whatever you can think of.

Saturday February 2. Noon, gather at Black Hole Sun sculpture across from Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park. 1:30, rally at Seattle Central Community College. 3:00, march to Westlake.

Contact w...@theoddballs.com or (206)726-6573 for more info or to get involved with planning.

This is an alternative media using open publishing. The CMAQ collective, who validates the posts submitted on the Indymedia-Quebec, does not endorse in any way the opinions and statements and does not judge if the information is correct or true. The quality of the information is evaluated by the comments from Internet surfers, like yourself. We nonetheless have an Editorial Policy , which essentially requires that posts be related to questions of emancipation and does not come from a commercial media.
